Policies We always try to describe our items as accurately as possible. There is always a chance of difference of opinion. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase because the item was not described correctly, please contact me within 3 days of receipt of the item to discuss how the problem will be handled. We do not give refunds due to buyer remorse. We do not give refunds if we have stated the measurements in an item description. If it is decided that the item will be returned to us for a refund, you will be responsible for the postage, and the refund will be for the auction price only.It is our policy to file eBay notices/disputes timely for NON-PAYING Bidders on the 10th day if payment has not been received in full. Many eBayers email and say that payment will arrive, and it just never does. Please understand, even if you email us, we will be filing these notices timely. If you purchase an item from us and you then become "no longer a registered user", non-paying bidder alerts will be filed asap, which could be prior to the 10th day. Most of the time users that are no longer registered never pay.
Submitting an offer We accept reasonable offers for our store items. Please do not waste your time or ours by offering $2.00 (<-- not reasonable!) for an item that is in our store for $17.99 (yes we have gotten those!). We do not respond to questions asking us what price we will accept for an item. We leave the decision of YOUR best offer up to you!
Shipping We try to ship promptly. Your item will generally ship within 24-48 hours of payment.. However, I do not ship on Saturday's (except during Nov/Dec Season). If you win & pay for an item on Friday or Saturday, your item will be shipped on the next Monday. We put Delivery Confirmation on all of our United States packages, so we can track if you have received your item. Please check the shipping area of the individual auction item description. We prefer to ship Priority mail due to the timely delivery and more dependable service. We do offer 1st class shipping for hats upon request for $5.25. If you wish your hat shipped 1st class mail, please select the proper shipping option upon payment, or email us prior to bidding so we can invoice accordingly. If purchasing a combination of items, the shipping combination is the higher priced shipping rate plus the "each additional" item price for the second item. For Example: T Shirt and ski hat shipped to US might be $8.45 ($6.95 + $1.50)..
Insurance We self insure our packages. Filings through the post office are too time consuming and require too much paperwork. If you pay for insurance and the item arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, you will receive a refund for the auction price. If you do not pay for insurance, or you purchase insurance and the delivery confirmation shows that the item has been delivered, we cannot give a refund. International bidders are required to pay insurance.
Feedback We will leave feedback after you have received your item and you either contact us to let us know that you are pleased with the transaction, or leave feedback for us. This ensures the transaction is COMPLETE. We try to leave feedback twice a week, so please be patient. If Neutral or Negative feedback is left for us without communication we will be leaving appropriate feedback as well. This could be Neutral, Negative or No feedback! Communication is a large part of a transaction, so please give us the chance to make the transaction as pleasant as possible, and if there is a problem we can always correct or work it out.
