Winning bidders will receive a "Winning Bidder Notice" email within hours of the auction close that will provide all the necessary information for the high bidder to complete the transaction.
We usually ship within 3-4 business days after payment is received. Due to the volume of auctions we maintain, we may not always be able to answer your e-mails instantly, but we will respond and answer questions as quickly as possible.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you receive an product that is defective or damaged, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving the product. We are not responsible for return freight charges under any circumstance. Any item being returned under warranty must be shipped freight pre-paid to an address which we designate.
We will leave positive feedback for all winning bidders who pay promptly.
Please Note: Most of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product or need to order parts, this will need to be handled through the manufacturer under the terms of the product warranty.
