Please Read These Carefully

Day Payment Policy
• Payment
needs to be in our hands with-in 7 days.
• Sorry, but we no longer accept money orders or cashiers checks
per Ebay policy.
• Items are only reserved for 7 days. If after the 7th day, if
the auction is not paid for, your bid goes to the bottom of the list.
Since the majority of what we sell is in high demand and short supply,
failing to meet this requirement could cost you your placement on the
item. We will still ship you your product, but we cannot guarantee that
we will hold it for longer then 7 days.
• Please keep in mind, we sell on ebay, our website, direct and
through other internet channels. So we cannot sit on product that other
people want for very long. Only a timely payment can insure you get a
timely shipment.
• NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!
ATTENTION
PAYPAL USERS
• WE CANNOT SHIP TO ALTERNATE ADDRESSES IF YOU PAY WITH PAYPAL, NO
EXCEPTIONS! This is a paypal
requirement for using them as your payment choice. Blame them, not us.
We will ship the address listed in
paypal, exactly as it is listed.
• Any
order totaling over $250.00 with shipping will only be sent by a
shipping method that offers tracking, insurance and signature
confirmation.
• All shipments over $250.00 will be required to purchase
insurance and your address MUST be verified and confirmed with Pay Pal.
• If you live in an area where signature confirmation is not
accepted or do not wish to have the item shipped with signature
confirmation, then your payment will be refunded and your bids canceled.
• NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!
Payment
• We
accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, and E-Check (from
Paypal).
• Cashier's Checks and
Money orders are no longer permitted.
• All payments must be in
U.S. dollars.
Sales
Tax and Handling Fees
• Sales
tax will apply to any order delivered in the State of Florida. Florida
sales tax is 6.0%.
• Handling
fees are built into the cost of shipping; handling fees cover packaging
materials, boxes, labels, tape and other miscellaneous expenses
associated with shipping.
Pre-Order Items
• Pre-orders are shipped out in
the order they are paid for, not the date the item was won/bought.
• Please keep in mind, while we do our best to get pre-order
items out on time, we are at the mercy of the manufacturers. It is not
uncommon for them to run behind on their release dates. If you are not
willing to wait sometimes for these items, please don't bid.
Shipping & Tracking
•
You will have the option to select your preferred shipping method
during the checkout process.
• If
you paid by PayPal, your tracking information will be sent to your
PayPal e-mail address if your shipping service choice supports tracking.
• We do offer combined shipping discounts , the discount is
calculated automatically in the checkout process. It works out to 25-75%
discount depending on quantity & size of items.
• If
you have questions regarding shipping or tracking, you can e-mail us at
customerservice@starwarsattic.com. When e-mailing, please provide your
full name and ship to address, how and when you paid (approximately),
how much you paid for shipping, and if available, all auction numbers
and/or a brief description of the items (forwarding a copy of the eBay
invoice or PayPal receipt would be best.)
• Before e-mailing and inquiring if your item has been shipped,
please allow 1 - 1 1/2 weeks for your products to arrive.
• All items are normally shipped within 2-5 business days once
payment clears, and UPS/USPS can take 7-14 days to deliver your item.
All items listed were in stock at the time of the listing. 95% of items
are shipped within 2 days, 4.5% is shipped within 2-5 days. I leave .5%
that takes longer as on some rare occasions I am out of stock and my
vendors are also.
• If you paid by PayPal, please be sure to check your PayPal
e-mail address for tracking information BEFORE requesting it from us.
• Remember, when answering e-mails pertaining to your question(s),
please send ALL corresponding e-mails so we can better serve you. We
receive lots of emails a day. Additionally, please allow for 1 - 2
business days for a response to your e-mails. Since we do get a lot of
e-mails each day, we do on occasion get backlogged.
•
No shipping will be refunded on returns or exchanges.
• Please be sure your spam filters are not blocking our e-mail
addresses.
International Buyers
• Your
shipping cost will include all postage and handling fees on our side of
things; duty and taxes at your end are your responsibility.
• Some countries (not all) have a carrier service that works in
conjunction with the USPS service if your item is lost or real late, but
is insured. You may be able to track it using the customs form and
insurance receipt number.
• Please note: in some cases, items sent by normal International
methods may take longer to deliver. While we send it to the post office
within 3-5 business days of your payment, USPS holds packages for remote
locations until such time as they have several items going out to that
area. This is something which is beyond our control. Please keep this in
mind before filing a claim against us.
•
Please
do not ask us to lie on customs forms, as we will not accept your bids.
Feedback
• Positive feedback will be left for you
once our transaction is complete and you have received your product and
left positive feedback for us.
• If you have an issue, lets work it out before we leave
feedback. We answer all emails. If you don't get a reply within 48 hours
(Weekdays) your service provider may have a block on our email
address. In this case please contact us again via email telling us you
did not receive a response and we will try to contact you thru eBay or
you can try
starwarsattic@clf.rr.com.
Returns & Refunds
• You have a 3 day
inspection period from the date you receive your item(s). If you are
dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you must notify us by
e-mail within that 3 days in order to be eligible for a refund/exchange.
• Boxes. We do not warranty boxes. All manufactures consider boxes as
a transport for the item you are purchasing. If a box arrives damaged
and the item is intact, the manufacture will not consider that item
damaged/defective and will not refund our money, so we cannot refund
yours. If you disagree with this policy, please contact the manufacture
and discuss it with them as it is their policy, not ours!
• Item must be returned in LIKE NEW condition, including its
original box, with any other paperwork (certificate of authenticity
etc...) no exceptions.
• All refunds will be less expenses charged by credit card/PayPal
(typically 3% of the total amount sent) and less the cost of
shipping/handling.
• If asking for a refund on an undamaged and correctly shipped
item, you will be responsible for a 5% restocking fee as well as eBay
listing expenses.
• When asking for a replacement item, you are responsible for
return shipping to us. We will pay the shipping for the replacement to
get back to you. In the event you make arrangements with the
manufacturer to get a replacement, we will not pay any of the shipping
charges.
• Further,
those buyers that do not purchase shipping insurance must agree to not
leave negative feedback in the event of a shipping misroute or shipping
damage. We always offer shipping insurance and it's cheap so if you do
not purchase it you willfully assume the shipping damage risk and thus
leaving a negative feedback on the basis of shipping damage is unethical
and wrong.
•
Warranted
items will be replaced according to the warranty stated in the item's
description. Item's that do not state a warranty and warranty
description are not warranted.
•
Some items are SOLD AS-IS. These items are so marked in the auction and
no return policy applies to them.
• No
shipping will be refunded on returns or exchanges.

We reserve the right to cancel any purchase.
By placing a bid
on this item/any item you are stating that you are abiding by all local, state, and federal laws concerning the
purchase, transportation, and possession of such items.
International buyers note: You are responsible for all Customs concerns
and laws. If your item is ceased because of duty, taxes, or because it
is an illegal item to be bought/sold in your country/locality, it is your
responsibility to deal with your customs agency. We will have no
liability in these instances.
Failure to comply with Terms & Conditions will result in negative
feedback, your order being cancelled, and possibly eBay or other
agencies taking action against you.
Notice about listings: We reserve the right to end an auction at any time prior to its completion. We also reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of listing errors (examples include incorrect Buy It Now pricing or errors in listing descriptions, title, or pictures.
