**ABOUT ME**
I retired 5 years ago after being in the telecommunications
industry for 35 years and devote my time now to my favorite things – my 3 beautiful grandchildren
and Fiesta. My primary product on EBAY is Fiesta (1st & 2nd quality) but I also have a hugh
inventory of very nice fabric and baby quilts that I finish myself. Also,
I will add beautiful pieces of Lenox during Christmas season and
have other items at different times of the year. At times, I do not have the
largest selection of Fiesta but I do try to have the best quality possible. I am constantly searching
for new and exciting pieces of Fiesta.

My goal is to ship same day or next day – sometimes that runs into the third day but never
longer. If you live on the West Coast, remember UPS ground shipping from Florida
to your zip code is 5 – 6 business days. I have a commercial account with UPS and
receive a discount which I pass on to my buyers. I always charge actual shipping and
never charge a handling fee.

I do all my packing for shipping myself and try to wrap every piece so it will reach you safely.

When leaving feedback, the four questions you rate with stars, I appreciate
everyone answering these honestly. But keep in mind on shipping cost, I do not set shipping
cost and have no control over it. That is up to UPS and the Post Office.
Shipping is expensive. We all know that - but I never charge above actual
shipping cost.

If I purchase a piece of Fiesta as a ‘second quality’, that is how I sell it – even if it looks
like a first quality piece.
