Here are answers to some of the most commonly asked questions the StealthBunny receives:
What is your handling fee for?
The fee helps to cover a variety of things, such as packaging materials like bubble-wrap, air pillows, tape, printer ink/toner, paper, etc. In some cases, I try to save my customers as much as I can by either obtaining free Priority Mail boxes from the USPS or by re-using materials, but in many cases, that is simply impossible, such as when shipping by First Class or Media Mail, First Class International, or when a box is needed that is larger than anything the USPS provides. In my effort to save my customers money, my handing fee has been raised only once in EIGHT YEARS. Prices have been raised for everything else everywhere else... but The StealthBunny did only under great reluctance.
Do you offer Combined Shipping?
YES! I offer both combined shipping AND a discount on the handling fee if you buy more than one listing.
Why don't you accept returns?
I go through great efforts to describe my items to the finest detail, so that my customers know what they are buying before they purchase. I take great pride in each feedback that reads "As described" or "Better than described". Because I go through so much effort in description, and if the customer reads the entire listing, I feel that you are getting exactly what you have intended to purchase.
On items that you state have insurance, what insurance company do you use?
In most cases, I use Stamps.com, however in some cases where I am insuring international packages, I will use the USPS' insurance.
How would I file a claim?
First of all, send me an email with a description of the damage, I will take care of all the paperwork from my end. The reimbursement amount will be the value of the item as shown on the invoice and does not include shipping/handling charges. DO NOT THROW THE ITEM AWAY OR THROW AWAY THE PACKAGING, as the insurance company may need to contact you for information or verification. If the item is discarded, they may not authorize the payment. I will let you know when the claim is processed and we can decide what to do with the item at that time. The company sends the reimbursement to me, and I will, in turn, forwarded it to you, either via Paypal or by mail
