Hi! This is my About Me page. I have been buying from ebay for awhile now...first a camera, later a shower curtain. I even bought my car from eBay! I like that I can search, compare prices and shipping costs, and jump in the excitement of online auctions...all make shopping much more fun.

I have begun selling items on eBay . . . Mostly, little things around the house that I don't need anymore--things that would just be more at home in another house! I use it as a kind of hobby, something to do in the evenings instead of watching tv. It is nice connecting with buyers and sending them items they are excited to win. I have been learning about selling and find that it is helpful to have some 'selling' guidelines, such as, ~ payments are expected within the first 7 days of the sale and if arrangements need to be made for a longer payment period, the buyer needs to be in regular contact with me to coordinate that process. ~ feedback is an important part of the eBay system. I give feedback to buyers after they confirm delivery of the item and let me know they are satisfied. Buyers can let me know they are satisfied by leaving positive feedback or by sending me an email to let me know everything has worked out. ~ returns are fine with the buyer paying return shipping and the buyer making arrangements with me to coordinate that within the first 10 days after receiving the item. Please consider these guidelines when buying from me! Bid early and bid often! I'm also really enjoy helping a non-profit organization sell with eBay--Deaf Women Against Violence Everywhere (DWAVE). DWAVE (DWAVEOhio.org) is a group I have been volunteering with for some time now and we list fund raising items from time to time.
