Apparel Sizes: I clearly list label sizes and actual measurements in each apparel listing. These are intended to be read so that you may make an informed decision before making a purchase. It is common knowledge that measurements vary depending on manufacturer and country of origin. If the item does not have the measurements you require, please do not make the purchase only to return it later!

Did You Ship My Order? If your order has been paid for then your order was shipped. Your order will always be shipped within one business day after payment is received.

Delivery Confirmation (tracking): All USPS orders are now shipped with Delivery Confirmation (tracking) at no extra charge.

If You Live In An Apartment Complex: Please make the effort to check your mailbox before you ask if I mailed your order. Often the mailman can not leave your package, for whatever reason: it may be too large, it could be stolen, etc., and will leave a note letting you know that you need to pick up your order at your PO. Please read this note and then go pick up your order!

For my customers outside the USA -- If your order does not arrive in what you believe to be a reasonable period of time you must inquire at your postal customs office. It is common practice for customs to take several days to several weeks to clear parcels, without notification to the recipient. They may then discard or return your order to me. You must check your customs office if your order does not arrive soon. European (especially Italy) and Asian countries are notorious for this practice.
