My Policies
Since you came in here, I am assuming you are trying to form an opinion on the type of person I am so, I will try & help you out. When I sell on eBay I do my best to accurately describe what a potential bidder will be getting. Its what I expect when I bid, and I do my utter best not to misrepresent anything I sell. I know how disappointing it can be when you don't get what you think you will, and that is why I encourage questions from any potential buyer. All my sales are FINAL. I base my shipping charged on my estimate of the packaged weight & charge priority shipping based on the weight I provide. When I sell on eBay, I am in constant communication with the buyer. You will get an email invoice with my address & total due when the auction closes, you will get an email when I receive your payment notifying you that it has been, when the item is being shipped, and that I have posted f/b for you. I also follow up with the buyer in about 10 days to make sure that the package arrived safely, the buyer is happy, and request that f/b be left for me in return & provide the buyer with a link to my feedback to do so. As a buyer, I pay the seller within 1 week, and immediately communicate with the seller when to expect payment. What I expect is that the seller will notify me upon receipt & post f/b for me. I also do not expect to have to constantly prod either party involved with me in any transaction, be it buyer or seller role, to leave f/b for me. I give each person I am involved with very personal attention, and I hope that counts for something to them Having said all that, I am one of the most honest & upfront people you will ever deal with.
