By bidding on this auction you are entering into a Legally Binding Contractual Agreement. Your item may be RELISTED if, there is no contact within 3 days or payment is not received within 7 days, of the auction close, and in order for us to collect a refund of our Ebay auction fee, a Non-Paying Bidder Alert Form will be filed.

  • Checks drawn on FOREIGN BANKS will NOT be accepted. I do accept most online forms of payment, money orders, cashier's checks,etc..

    • PAYPAL
  • I can not accept PAYPAL from unverified or international/foreign paypal accounts. I do NOT ship to unconfirmed addresses. Only items with shipping calculators can qualify for combined shipping. A SINGLE combined payment must be made for your items. Seperate payments will mean that your items will have to be shipped in seperate packages. Flat rate shipping or Buy It Now items are NOT eligible for combined shipping rate discounts.
  • Due to fraudulent chargeback scams and the use of stolen credit cards, I reserve the right to decline or refund paypal payments if I supsect suspicious activity. As the buyer, you are not under obligation to complete the transaction if your paypal payment is denied. You may always complete the transaction using other forms of payment.

    • SHIPPING and HANDLING
  • For expensive items, USPS tracking and delivery confirmation is required and is already included in your total shipping/handling cost.
  • For USPS insurance, rates will be charged according to the USPS website.
  • I often provide flat shipping rates and handling fees that are necessary for our ebay business model to work. As all buyers adjust their bids according to the posted shipping, I do not refund any differences between actual postage and the stated auction shipping rate. If you do not find the shipping rates posted in my auctions acceptable, then please do not bid. Thank you.

  • If something about your transaction is unsatisfactory, please contact me before leaving feedback. I am a fair and honest seller and will gladly work with my buyers to resolve any problems. It's always best for both of us to be patient and try hard to work things out first.
  • According to EBay, Feedback is Voluntary, it is not mandatory, and is not part of the transaction. Neither the buyer nor the seller is under any obligation to leave feedback. EBay policy prohibits solicitation, extortion, or abuse of feedback.
  • If you want to leave glowing positive feedback for me like, "I love my snug-fit heel liner pads", then I will be sure to reciprocate in kind. Thank you for shopping with me.
