Hand Carved Dolls

I am a self taught, multiple award winning, Ozark wood carver. I am a 65 year old woman and have been carving about 5 years. I have only been carving dolls about three years but I love carving them and although I still carve other things, I am concentrating mostly on learning to carve the little dolls. Each of my dolls are one of a kind. No patterns or molds are used in their creation.  I am a proud member of THE HITTY GIRLS.  The Hitty Girls are a group of over 400 members whose interest is hand carved wooden dolls in general and Hitty dolls specifically.
