Which postal service do you use?
We use Royal Mail Tracked Service for all of our UK deliveries. This is a Royal Mail Premium service.
We will provide you with the tracking reference number as soon as your item has been despatched from our offices so that you are able to track the delivery of your item(s) personally to ensure their safe arrival to you.

What if I'm not in when my item is delivered?
If you are not in when Royal Mail deliver your order then they will leave you with a calling card, allowing you to collect the order at your own convenience from your local Royal Mail delivery depot or rearrange the delivery.
Alternatively please email us prior to delivery with details of a safe place where the postman may leave the parcel and we will provide this to Royal Mail for you.

How long will the delivery of my item(s) take?
We aim to despatch all of our items within 1 working day of having received payment from you.
UK delivery usually takes 2-3 working days, however we ask buyers to please add an extra cushion of three days prior to contacting us to accommodate postage variability.
In the event of a national emergency, extreme weather conditions or postal strikes, we may at our discretion ask buyers to wait longer.

Yes, we welcome orders from international customers. Please allow 7-10 days for international deliveries.

How do I return my item(s) for a refund/exchange?
If you are not 100% happy, according to distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 working days (starting the day after the item is received).
If you would like to return your item for a refund please email us within 7 days of receipt of the item.
Your item must then be returned to us by Recorded Delivery Only, in its original condition and packaging.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of postage to return your item.
If you would like to exchange your item, we can try our best to exchange the item for you in a different size or style but we cannot guarantee we'll have the item you need in stock. We only carry a certain amount in each style as fashion is changing constantly so please bear this in mind to avoid disappointment.
Any exchanges agreed are at our discretion and we cannot do an exchange if the size you now require has already been listed and we have no more in stock.
If we do agree to an exhange please bear in mind that all postage costs must be covered by the buyer both ways.

What do I do if the product is faulty?
Every care is taken to ensure that this does not happen, unfortunately errors can sometimes occur. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty then firstly we would like to offer our sincere apologies.
Please email us at straight away at strawberrychic@inbox.com quoting your ebay id, the item number and the reason for the return and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
We will then contact you advising how to proceed with the return. You may return your item within 14 days of receipt of faulty item, to arrange a full refund.
All items must be returned by First Class Recorded Delivery Only. Proof of posting will be needed in the event of a claim. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of postage to return your item but if the product is faulty or incorrect we will refund the postage cost to you.
