What We Sell
We typically sell anything that is music and movie related! Typical auctions will include Out of Print CD's, Gold Discs (MFSL, DCC, Sony SBM)Rare and Out of Print DVD's and VHS Videos, , Rare Soul, Punk, Rock, Jazz, Blues, and Classical Records, Laser Discs ...As you can see the list is long, wide, and encompassing!
We send our items out in new jewel cases for CD's; new MFSL, lift-lock cases for gold discs; fresh sleeves for LP's and 7"'s; and sealed plastic sleeves for DVD and VHS videos. We take care of our items and ensure that they reach you in the quality in which they left us!
GoldMine Standards
We use the Goldmine standards to grade all that we sell-records, CD's, DVD's, etc. They are as follows:
Mint (M): Unplayed/STILL SEALED, cover and vinyl are brand new.
Near Mint (NM): Has been played but very well taken care of. May have a few tiny flaws but nothing that will affect play. We grade ALL items that are perfect yet not sealed as NM.
Very Good Plus (VG+): Shows signs of having been handled and played but still very good condition. May have minor scratches or scuffs but no pops or skips. Cover may show some wear but no bends, holes, or excessive ring wear.
Very Good (VG): May be scratched, vinyl has lost some of its original luster, may have some surface noise but nothing overly noticeable, no skips. Cover may have 2 or 3 (no more) of the following flaws: ring wear, seam splits, bent corners, stains, loss of gloss. We try to specify specific flaws when they appear.
Good (G): Well worn, may have writing on cover and more of the above specified flaws. More surface noise than a VG record. Still playable though!
We don't sell items that are in Poor or unplayable condition.
These are the basis of our standards of grading. There may be variations (i.e. VG++, VG-) and are interpretable using this table.
Payment
Payment must be received within ten (10) days or item may go to next
highest bidder. All major credit cards are accepted as well as money
orders, PAY-PAL, or cashiers check. California residents add 8.5% for
sales tax.

Domestic CDs and Seven-Inch Records
We
ship CD's and seven-inch records 1st class, insured, and in a heavily
padded envelope for the CDs and box for the records. The first item is
around $3.50 (except for auctions that are $50 or above, than we ask for
an additional dollar to cover the insurance) and subsequent items are
usually an additional $1.50.
Domestic DVD's, and VHS videos
DVDs and
VHS (videos) are shipped priority in a USPS priority mailer and usually
around $4.00, if under 1 lb.
Domestic LP's
We ship LP's media rate
WITHOUT INSURANCE.
Priority shipping is also available for more money.
We also ship items worldwide!
Buyer pays for actual
shipping-we do not charge any additional costs. All items are shipped
airmail in a heavily padded envelope or box. We discourage it but will
ship items surface. These prices are estimates!!!
