I am KTOWN (Kevin TOWNsend)

Hi, I'm Kevin Townsend (Ktown for short). Stuff-of-Ktown is my Ebay name. I came up with my Ebay name when my friends and family asked me what I sell on Ebay. I couldn't describe it specifically because it was such a variable array of offerings, the best word I could come up with was "Stuff".  And truly that is what I sell, all kinds of stuff. From high end expensive and designer clothing to common everyday items. From the $1 items to $1000 items. I get my stuff from many places, but the primary import of goods is from overstock auctions. This makes it fun as I never know what I am going to be offering. It changes weekly. Mark Stuff-of-Ktown as a favorite and check back in weekly for fun and interesting items. Hopefully, I have some stuff, you just can't live without! By the way, I'm not really scared of Pirates.

I've been selling on Ebay for over 5 years, over 2 years as my full-time job. With about 20,000 items sold and over 10,000 in feedback, you can see I have many repeat customers. It is very important to keep my customers happy. I do this by keeping their shipping cost low and getting their items to them fast. With a 99.9% feedback rating, I feel I have done quite a nice job in those areas. A friend asked me once why I didn't have a 100% rating and my response was simply, "How many people out there do you know can make 100% of the people they encounter happy?".  I will admit, my goal isn't to make EVERYONE happy, that is unrealistic. What is realistic is that if you are a customer who is honest and just partially reasonable, you and I will have no problem settling any issue that we may encounter. So, rest assured, I will do everything within reason to make your transaction a joyous one. Thank you for taking the time to read my "About Me".
