Our return policy is simple. If the item is in a NEW, unused, unwashed condition it qualifies for return or replacement. Sorry no returns on close out items or on special orders. If we can replace the item with an equal or better item we will first attempt to do that. If it is not replaceable we will refund your money. All returns require and autorization number. If you accidentally order the wrong size or colour and need a replacement we will ask you to pay shipping both ways. For a return you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item and we must have it back to us within 30 days of auction close. We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee. If you are purchasing a used item it is in an as is condition and your should ask all necessary questions before bidding. Different manufacturers have different measurements for the same sizes. If in doubt please ask for measurements if they are not provided. If we are refunding shipping we will only refund shipping charges for the most economical method of return air shipping. 10. Our shipping policy has been to attempt to send items the cheapest and most expedient way which is by US air mail to save our customers money. Normally we ship us mail with delivery confirmation/signature confirmation which is only good to US zip codes. You may request other forms of shipping and we will get back to you with a quote. NOTE: ground (sea freight) from the islands to the mainland (which is NOT what we normally use) takes 6-8 weeks and is only slightly less expensive than air and priority mail. We will not be held responsible for the condition or delivery of items once they have left our shipping department. We have found fedex or UPS to be a superior, albeit more expensive services and not much faster. You can go to their respective pages for rate quotes using origin zip of 96753. Most single items fall in the 1 lb. rate slot. We are happy to reduce shipping charges on multiple items purchased within 7 days. We offer no shipping discounts on closeout items.
