During this week - September 16^th to be precise - exactly 10 years ago, Sueños first opened for business in Central Phoenix.  What a better time for me to make an announcement regarding my business’ next stage of evolution

        Thank you all for coming out and supporting my Phoenix shop in its final days and for helping me lighten my load for my trip out to California.  For those of you who didn't shop, well, you missed out on some spectacular deals and it would have been great to see you before I left.  Yes, I know, life gets in the way of shopping sometimes, so that is fine and I understand.

        I have a big piece of news for all of my customers, friends and fans of the store:  I am NOT opening a store in San Diego.  I have set up a warehouse and I am just going to do online sales (web site and eBay) and wholesale catalog sales.  This gives me the flexibility of time to really concentrate on beefing up my online presence, taking more buying trips whenever I want, and taking on a number of other projects without the encumbrance of a store.  Please see the accompanying photo.  That is a picture of my iPhone, something I bought right before I left AZ.  If you look hard enough, you can see the Sueños web site on the screen of the phone (it was a bright and beautiful day at the beach when I took that picture).  So now I can conduct business - answer customer inquiries, take orders, re-list items on eBay - from anywhere.  I can take this mini computer to the beach, Balboa Park, wherever, and get my work done.  If I need help with packing, I can always hire a kid to work alongside me in my warehouse.
      I have been here for 2 weeks and I am really enjoying myself, in spite of working really hard to get back into the swing of things.  I have been on somewhat of a work autopilot, but that has been good because there has been a lot to do.  This has been probably the most monumental undertaking that I have tried to accomplish in my entire life.  I really thank all of you for your continued support and well wishes.  I can see now that this is one of the best decisions I have ever made to move here.  And my new life is only beginning.

        I have a lot of merchandise – crates and crates of stuff - from my former store that has never been offered online.  Watch over the next few days as I begin to list discounted goodies beginning with the title *SUPER DEAL* in each of my listings.  It will be like offering my end-of-days store markdowns to the online world.
          In the next few months we will have over 1,000 items for sale or auction here at eBay.  Is this quantity over quality?  Absolutely not!  Each item will be unique.  Unlike other sellers who pump up the numbers of their auctions by listing the same item 5 or 6 times, I’ll be listing only one-of-a-kind items only once, so keep on the lookout for cool stuff.

          Because I no longer have a store, my 5-star service will now be 6-star service online.  This is really the only thing that will change here with the move.  And, as our statistics show, suenosimports will continue to be
