Here are the details on how I work. I am a mom of two and a doctor so I can get VERY busy sometimes. I do my best to get back to you ASAP. I check my email almost every day.
Auctions: I try to note every flaw in what I sell. I am human and can make mistakes so please, if you think you see a flaw that I didn't mention, ask me so I can double check for you. I can sometimes take additional photos or measurements for you, so please let me know if you would like these. I will only sell things I myself would be happy to receive from eBay. Almost everything I sell is gently used and from my household. I am unlikely to have duplicates of anything. *Unless* I made it myself ;)
Shipping: I prefer to ship in the US via USPS just because it is easy. I will ship First class/Parcel, Priority or Express Mail. I approximate the shipping costs ahead of time, plus $1 handling. I might be off a bit, but if I am under, I will pay the extra. If you pay me with Paypal, I can only ship to your CONFIRMED ADDRESS. This is for both of our protection. If this is a problem, please send me a money order instead. I will ship anywhere in the world. It is a pain to type that into every listing, especially since I don't necessarily weigh everyting ahead of time. Let me know if you want something shipped and need a shipping estimate.
Combined shipping within 1 week is available: for most things that aren't enormous or heavy, you can pay the heaviest shipping price plus $1 per additional item. If you are international, for most items you can add $2 per additional item for combined shipping. If you are buying multiple clothing lots that are going to be fairly heavy, I will calculate shipping based on weight at time of auction end. Basically, if you are buying items with combined shipping, wait for the invoice at auction end. I will give you the best deal that is reasonable for the both of us.
Packaging: I use recycled packaging whenever I can. I hope you don't mind me doing my part to help reduce waste in respect for all of us that live on planet Earth.
Refunds: no refunds unless I have made an obvious mistake in my listing. Please, ask any questions you have ahead of time for this reason. If you are unhappy, please carefully re-read the description before contacting me. I've found that often people don't read the listing and then end up with an item that wasn't quite what the expected-- this is NOT my problem! If there is a genuine problem, please let me know before leaving feedback. I will do what I can to help. If you leave negative or neutral feedback without letting me know about the problem first, I am unlikely to feel charitable enough to do anything about the problem.
Feedback: I've been on eBay for long enough to realize that eBay's population is much like that anywhere else. Most people are genuine, out to do good work. But some of you are real as$hats. Honestly, my only defense in the event I am dealing with a jerk is to refrain from leaving feedback until I know you are happy with our transaction. This allows me to make sure I leave accurate feedback for everyone. Few things are more annoying than leaving someone glowing feedback for their prompt payment only to have them try to screw you over with Paypal later in hopes they will end up with their money back AND the item they wanted! So please, once you receive your item and are happy, let me know! If I receive positive feedback from you, I'll know you are happy and will return the favor ASAP.
Last: remember that eBay is supposed to be FUN!
