  Ordering your parts from Summit Racing Equipment—and asking questions, returning parts, or checking on an order—is easy. We have toll-free Order Line and Customer Service numbers staffed by friendly, knowledgeable people who will help make your Summit Racing Equipment experience a pleasant one.

  And we back that up with our Handshake Guarantee: If you’re not satisfied with our products or our service, we’ll refund your money—no ifs, ands, or buts. Just return any new or unused part within 90 days of the shipping date and we’ll refund the purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot accept returns on custom-ordered parts. Videos and software cannot be returned once opened.

  If you have any questions about whether a part will fit your vehicle, please send an email to ebaysales@summitracing.com.

  • Some parts are not legal for sale or use in California on any pollution controlled motor vehicles. Please be sure to check your local laws and ask all questions prior to bidding. When you bid, you are obligating yourself to auction in the event that you win.

  • Tax charges will apply to purchases made by residents of Ohio, Georgia, and Nevada. A non-refundable handling charge per order will be charged to cover order processing and packaging.

Shipping:
  Summit charges a one-time delivery fee per order. Summit’s delivery fee is one of the lowest in the industry.  Please consult the Delivery Fee table within each listing for detailed cost.

  When you buy more than one item, you will only be charged a single delivery fee when you complete a single checkout for all of your items purchased. Here is an example: Hit the Buy It Now button on three different items we have for sale. Go to the Pay Now button or visit the Checkout link in any one of the emails you get, and all three items will be in your cart. Hit the Checkout button and follow the instructions.

   We offer fast shipping on parts deliverable by ground service in the continental U.S. (excluding oversize parts and parts over the 150 lb. weight limit). Products that are shipped in the continental U.S. are shipped by UPS or Federal Express at our discretion.

 
Payment:
  Our Summit Racing Equipment eBay Store will accept payment from PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All payments are expected within 7 days after the auction is closed. We reserve the right to file a Non-Paying Bidder Alert if payment is not received within 7 days after the auction ends.

  • The Summit Racing Equipment eBay Store will not accept Summit Racing Equipment Gift Cards or Summit Racing Equipment SpeedCard/CarCareOne as forms of payment for any products purchased on this site.

  • Customers wishing to purchase products from the Summit Racing Equipment eBay store by any other form of payment may do so by calling 1-800-230-3030 for further information and details.

  • The Summit Racing Equipment Beat-a-Price Guarantee does not apply to our Summit Racing Equipment eBay store. All products will ship once payment is received and confirmed. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your items are shipped.

How to Return an Item:
  1. Return the part in the original box with the invoice number marked on the outside.
  2. Include the completed exchange/return form with your return.
  3. All returns must be sent prepaid—no collect shipments will be accepted. Insure the returned part for its full value to protect yourself against loss.
  4. We strongly suggest that you ship by United Parcel Ground Service (UPS), Federal Express Ground Service, or U.S. Mail.
    • If you ship by truck, you must call us before shipping.
    • No bus shipments accepted. All foreign returns must be authorized in advance.
  5. All customers should return orders to:

  6. We cannot accept returns on custom-ordered parts.

Product Warranties and Return Policy:
  Most parts are warranted by the manufacturer, usually for 90 days from the date of purchase, unless specified otherwise. All warranties are included with your order.

  Parts used for racing or competition are warranted against manufacturers’ defects only. They are not warranted for wear or breakage under any other circumstance.

  If you are returning electrical parts for warranty consideration, please call Customer Service before you ship them. Some manufacturers require that the parts be sent directly to them.

  Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any exceptions.

  We cannot accept returns on custom-ordered parts. Videos and software cannot be returned for a refund once opened.

Our Liability:
  Summit Racing Equipment’s liability for losses or damages, regardless of the circumstances, is limited to a full refund of the purchase price, or at our option, repair or replacement of the part(s). Summit Racing Equipment shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Errors in description, photography, or typographical errors are subject to correction.
