Wiring/assembly

Each tanning bed uses only the most dependable connection system on the market “cage clamp”. Providing a vibration-proof and maintenance-free connection		 Sheet metal

Flat sheets of steel are punched and formed into the shape of a tanning bed using the most advanced cnc equipment on the market.		 Painting

Each tanning bed is painted with a process called powder coating.  Powder coating is a process of electrostatically charging the paint which sticks to the metal surface like a magnet, then heated so that it bonds to the metal, giving a permanent, attactive finish		 Graphics

Graphics are printed with our wide format solvent inkjet printer producing life like images & laminated for years of durability		 Welding

1.) Once I have completed custom building my tanning bed how do I find out the price? 

Answer- The price is listed on the EBAY lisiting.  You simply click on the EBAY buy it now button and check out using any one of the payment options.


2.) What is the delivery time? 

Answer- From the time we receive your payment your custom tanning bed will be built and shipped within 4 business days, transit time will vary depending upon your location

3.) What is a facial tanner? 

Answer- The fluorescent lamps used in the tanning bed are considered low-pressure tanning and tend to be rich in UVB and low in UVA. High Pressure facial tanners are opposite and have increased levels of UVA  which allows the tan to last longer. 

4.) How do I get the complete electrical specifications for the tanning bed I customized? 

Answer- All the electrical specifications are listed in the EBAY listing.

5.) Can I build my tanning bed for 110v operation? 

Answer- Yes, we offer a 24 lamp in 110vac

6.) How much will the tanning bed impact my electric bill? 

Answer- A Tanning bed is like a large appliance only it will not run as long and as often as your other appliances. The national average for one session is about 7 cents.
