Our location

 We operate our eBay sales from our office located in St. Louis, Mo.  We are just a "stone throw" away from the beautiful Missouri Ozarks! Most of the items we list via eBay are purchased from this location. We have locally become a well respected "strong" buyer of all types of coins, jewelry & other neat items.

Our continuing goal

 Because of our continued support by coin collectors world wide, we have made this adventure in to our main line of business. We have many GREAT sources to obtain coins and wish to pass that unique situation to our shop and eBay customers.  Buying a roll of cents for $5, a lot for $100-$200 or a unique piece for $10,000 makes no difference as ALL customer's will be treated equally & honestly with great respect during and after the sale. We are committed as a member of Square Trade and as an eBay power seller to list and conduct all transactions in an honest and fair way! Our Commitment as Ebay Traders

We try to list every item we sell as honestly as possible. We believe that any item we list with its description should be accurate and to the point. In other words what we would be happy as a buyer to receive by reading the items description and viewing it's pictures. If you feel any auction does not live up to it's description or pictures upon receiving the item, we will be more than happy to refund your purchase including initial S&H costs. Simply return it in its original package and we will refund 100% of the items cost (item must be received in unopened original holder with in 15 days of auctions end). For obvious reasons, our collections and lot auctions (including rolled coins) sold are non refundable. Slabbed (graded) coins are also non returnable as they are an opinion of that service and not necessarily ours here at Suncoins. Check out our feed back ratings. You will see many happy and repeat buyers!

UPDATE: Recently we at Suncoins have received well over 10,000 total Seller Only Positive eBay user feedbacks (over 1/3 being repeat customers). Our eBay customers have come to realize the value in our listed auctions as you will note in this repeat buyer rating. Our goal will continue to be listing quality honest auctions and to also provide exceptional service after the sale. Our processing & shipping is continually mentioned in our feedback as FAST.

Non Satisfied customers

As with any business, there are those few customers that can not be pleased no matter how hard we try. There are also customers that truly do not take the time to read and understand an auction listing. Then there are those that make no attempt to contact the seller about a problem and would rather just post derogatory comments. None of us are perfect and mistakes can happen. With that in mind, we do embrace strongly the eBay core value of good communications and ask that other eBayers to do the same.
