There are a few policies I have when it comes to selling DVD's:
1. The only accepted payment method is PAYPAL, and payment must come from a confirmed address. Paypal makes it real easy for both the buyer and seller, and prevents the hassel of mailing money orders or personal checks.
2. I am not responsible for the loss of uninsured items during shipment. Usually, for a mere $1.50, the post office will insure the items or your money back. If you refuse to pay for the insurance, then you are on your own. Please choose wisely and grab insurance.
3. Shipping AND Handling prices are non-negotiable! This means there is more to the "actual cost" of shipping than what you see on the shipping sticker. If you don't agree with the shipping cost, then feel free not to bid. I also will not arrange for alternative shipping methods besides those listed in the auction or to other countries than those listed in the auction. Especially in regards to Media Mail in the US. Media Mail will never be used as it can take up to 3 weeks for delivery and the hastle of this waiting period makes this shipping method unagreeable, even if the price is lower.
4. Returns are not accepted. These are brand new, factory sealed DVD's. Once opened, we have no idea what the buyer will do to them, and the re-sale value is diminished. Therefore, items are sold as-is, no warranties are expressed or implied, and returns are not accepted.
5. Questions are always welcome. If there are any questions that cannot be answered by the listing, just send an e-mail and it will be answered as soon as it is received.
