My name is Michael and I am happy to have the opportunity to tell you a little about myself and my store. I started this store because I am a firm believer in the mom and pop stores of the past and I wanted to bring a little bit of that to this new age. My store is based on the simple beliefs:

  • The customer is King or Queen
  • Give a person a fair price on an item of quality
  • Back this up with excellent service
  • Make the customer feel like they are important
  • Be honest
  • Make the transaction be as smooth and pleasurable as possible
  • Treat your customer as you would want to be treated
  • Treat the customer as a friend

 

I sell many different kinds of books from many different authors and all of the books I sell are in New or Like New condition unless otherwise stated. I stand behind all of the books I sell which means all of the descriptions and conditions are truthful and if for some reason there is a mistake or a problem with the item you receive I will gladly refund your money.
