France and Italy have very bad reputation for long shipping times sometimes up to 60 days!

All our packages are send out registered this means that you will have to sign to receive the package. If you are not home upon delivery your mailman should (sometimes they forget) leave you a notification that you have to pick up your parcel at your local post office.
If your order is not received after 2 weeks (Australia, Europe & Asia) or 3 weeks (North, South America & Canada) you can contact us and we will help you locate your order.
Once orders have been received, buyers can give us a 5 star feedback and we will automatically do the same for them.

If for some reason you want to return the item that you purchase this is not a problem for us. We give refunds or resend under a few conditions: item must be send within 7 days of receipt, in original condition (original packaging, with tags, unused and unworn). The shipping & handling fee is non refundable and in case of replacements the shipping fee has to be paid to send the replacement item.
We believe in good communication in every step of the transaction you will receive a confirmation e-mail. When the item is sold, the payment received and the item is send out. If you do not get our mails please check your JUNK/SPAM mailbox and add us to your safe list.
