PAYMENTS ~ Domain Name Auctions

Personal or Business Checks are NOT accepted!  For Our Domain Name Auctions, Paypal is our ONLY Accepted Payment Method.  No exceptions.  For active auctions: Payments are expected at auction close but required within 48 Hours.  [Buy-It-Now Auctions require Immediate Payment!]  Payments not received within 4 days from auction close will result in UPI filed with eBay and buyer will be added to our Blocked Bidder List.  After 7 days with still no payment the item will be re-listed with a Case Filing with IC3 and eBay Legal. 

PAYMENTS ~ Non-Domain Name Auctions

For all our other auctions, Personal Checks are Not Accepted.  Paypal is accepted from members with a confirmed paypal address only.  We do not ship to unconfirmed addresses.  Never send cash!  It is not recommended and definitely not safe.  To protect both you and us, it is not one of our accepted payment methods.  Take the few minutes and obtain a money order instead.  Special Note for Confirmed Paypal Addresses:  Though it is rare, we realize some addresses cannot be confirmed by Paypal.  If you are among the extremely few and rare who fall into this category and wish to bid, you must pay via Money Order or Cashier's Check.  Payment must include shipping and be received within 3 days of auction end if using paypal or post marked and on it's way within 3 days if paying via money order.  Payments not received within these timeframes may result in item being re-listed.  No payment within a maximum 4 days from auction end and/or without contact will result in a UPI alert filed with eBay. 

SHIPPING/TRANSFER ~ Domain Name Auctions

DOMAIN TRANSFER IS ALWAYS FREE!!!  However, It is YOUR responsibility to provide us with your transfer info, and to promptly accept the name transfer.  Therefore, Your Godaddy Transfer Information is Required with Payment.  Failure to provide your full, complete Godaddy Transfer Information may or may not result in Manual Transfer using your eBay contact information.  Winning bidder/buyer has 10 days to accept a name once transfer has been initiated, before it expires with Godaddy.  Failure to provide us with your transfer info or failure to accept name transfer is your own fault.  We are not here to hold, house or sit on your names for you.  Nor to remind you to complete your auction or name transfers.  Extremely Important:  After 30 days from auction close, any and all unclaimed domain names shall remain under the sole ownership of the seller and will be resold again at auction with no refund given.  In light of these binding terms, ensure prompt communication of your auction win and transfer information, and prompt acceptance and completion of name transfer.

SHIPPING ~ Non-Domain Name Auctions

Shipping costs are listed within each individual auction.  Insurance and Delivery Confirmation are extra unless otherwise posted.  We combine or discount shipping on most multiple auction wins to save you money.  If an item qualifies for combined shipping we will list this detail in the individual auction terms.  Feel free to inquire if you don't see it listed.  However, all auctions must be won in the alloted timeframe listed and must be paid for at the same time.  If you win more than one auction and pay for them separately, they will be shipped separately and therefore, charged individual shipping costs.  Check individual auction terms for combined shipping price on multiple wins.  At this time, we do not ship outside the USA, except for Canada on specific auctions only.  No other exceptions!  (Domain Name Auctions will receive Free Digital Transfer regardless in which country winner resides).  See individual auction terms to ensure we'll ship a specific item to Canada.  Higher shipping rates will apply to all Non U.S. shipments.  See individual auction terms for those shipping rates as well. 

SHIPPING TIMES~ Domain Name Auctions

Digital Domain Name Transfer Is Always Free! and will be initiated typically the same day your payment is received.  In some cases it may take 24 hours, and on rare occasion, up to 48 Hours.  If it ever exceeds these times we will make contact with you to update you of the issue. 

SHIPPING TIMES ~ Non-Domain Name Auctions

For All Non-Domain Auctions: Though we typically ship within 24-48 hours from receipt of payment, on some occasions it may take up to 72 hours.  Though it is rare to exceed that, we will always email if getting an item sent out exceeds 72 hours from receipt of payment.  Though items will be packaged solid to ensure safety, seller not responsible for any shipment damages or loss during shipping.  While it is rare, damages and loss to shipments do occur, so if you have a concern, utilize insurance.  At this time our shipping is done via USPS.

INVOICING

Unless you are going to immediately pay via Paypal (see our payment section regarding our paypal acceptance).  We will send you an eBay invoice upon auction close, and your reply "is required within 24 hours" to confirm your payment method.  If we have received no contact from you within a maximum of 3 days from auction end we will presume you are not going to pay, which will result in item being re-listed with UPI filed [on the fourth day, (as allowed) per eBay Policy].

RETURNS

All Item/s Sold As-Is.  All Sales Final!!  For this reason we cannot stress enough the importance of thoroughly reading all of the auction description details and all of the auction terms.  As well, email all of your questions, inquiries and additional scan or picture requests BEFORE you bid, to ensure the item you are interested in is exactly the item you are looking for.  Please see our Refunds Section below for additional information. 

REFUNDS

Unless an item is grossly misrepresented by us in an auction, or there has been some other major error on our part in listing an item, refunds will not be given.  NO BUYERS REMORSE, PLEASE!!  However, if you receive an item from us, which you feel falls into one of these two categories, please contact us immediately upon receiving the item/s and we will work with you towards a fair resolution for both you and us.  Any refunds or returns given will NOT include shipping and depending upon the item, may be subject to a 10% or $10 restocking fee, whichever amount is greater.  Also, buyer must pay for return shipping and ensure item/s are returned safely and received by us in their original packaging and in the exact condition in which the item/s were originally sent.  Absolutely no returns or refunds will be given after 14 days from auction end.
