About Me: My name is Allison and I sell yarn and craft supplies online. Also, I am mom to Evan, born in October 2006. Evan has a rare brain tumor called Hypothalamic Hamartoma, and he had brain surgery on 8/22/07 at Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, the one hospital in the world that specializes in this complex and expensive surgery. He is doing great, and went from 60+ seizures a day to just 2 or 3 a day! I use what I make from my online sales to live on and pay for our health insurance and his expensive medical bills.
I have been buying and selling on eBay for 9 years under this and another user name. I am proud of my great feedback and over 30,000 items sold. Store Policies
Item Condition: All items are brand new in packaging with tags (unless noted otherwise,) and sold from a pet-free and smoke-free facility.

Return Policy: On select items, we accept exchanges for equal item value or higher within 14 days of purchase. Shipping costs are incremental for returns. Please see the individual item listing for whether the item is returnable or not.
Payment: SuperCrafty! accepts PayPal and money orders only. Payment must be received in-hand within 7 days of the close of the auction. Sorry, no personal checks or cash.
Shipping, Handling & Insurance: Your item will be shipped via the least expensive method, USPS First Class or Priority Mail. We ship within 2 business days immediately following receipt/clearing of payment. If you have an urgent need for your item, contact us and we’re happy to do our best to accomodate your urgent requests with FedEx expedited shipping whenever possible - please ask. Combined shipping at reduced cost is available for multiple winning items within 7 days, as long as items are checked out and paid for together in one PayPal payment. We are not able to offer combined shipping rates for items paid with separate PayPal payments because of the per transaction charges we incur from PayPal. We include Delivery Confirmation with USPS shipped packages and will email this information to the buyer the number when the package is shipped. Shipping insurance is recommended and is an incremental cost. The buyer will be offered insurance at checkout if it is not included in shipping and handling fee. We highly recommend purchasing insurance, otherwise it is at the buyer's own risk. Regarding shipping addresses, we follow PayPal's policy for purchases paid with PayPal. If you would like to ship to a gift recipient, you must enter the address in the PayPal Transaction Details so both buyer and seller are protected under PayPal's policies. No exceptions.
