Every package is professionally packaged by our staff. We do not outsource this very important task or have some other fulfillment company ship out to you. We stock everything that we sell on ebay and the packages come DIRECT from us to YOU. When packaging your items, we may use any combination of bubble wrap, poly vinyl bubble cushioned envelopes, rubber bands, extra strong commercial grade packing tape, PVC extra heavy duty packing tape, packing peanuts, air-filled plastic cushions, foam cushioning, or crushed, folded or shredded newsprint, custom cartons that we have specially made for us to fit and hold your item if it is an unusual shape (and if no other commercial cartons are readily available), or other packing and cushioning materials that are perfectly suited for your package. Each package is PROFESSIONALLY labeled, NEVER hand-addressed. Every label is either thermal printed or plastic coated, to ensure it will not run and become unreadable, should a drop of rain touch it before it reaches you. Every USA address is run through US Postal Software to ensure accuracy. Although you are protected against loss or damage in transit, at no extra cost, it is our goal that every package arrives in the same perfect shape it leaves our office. MOST IMPORTANTLY, we ship out EACH package EXACTLY the way we would like to receive it, as if we had bought it on ebay for ourselves.

Almost all of the items we sell come with our 14-day money-back guarantee. We know you will love our items. I won't sell anything that I would not personally use myself. If you were to visit my home and look into my flashlights, radios and other electronic devices, you will find the very same batteries I sell on ebay.
