Our customer base started as a small, tight knit community from our main website and has grown to 10,000 customers primarily from word of mouth. We keep our costs down with very little advertising, relying mostly on referrals. We like it that way. Ebay accounts for about 10% of our overall business, most comes from our website, but we take our ebay business serious which is reflected in our outstanding feedback scores.

We are best known for the quality of the raw materials used in our products. The size of our company while growing still allows us to keep the freshest products available. We turnover product every 30-90 days, so our products are not sitting on in warehouses, then store shelves for months and years at a time. Unlike many manufacturers seeking the cheapest product they can find, we seek out the highest quality and most potent forms first and foremost. We're very funny about this aspect of raw material selection. We are very loyal to the few suppliers we use and while our single purchase quantities are not as massive as some of the more well known brand names we are ordering new material each 30, 60 and 90 days like clock work.

We had strived early on to maintain availability of Certificate of Analysis for each product online, however with our frequency of turnover and the growing number of products we have found it a full time job to plug these documents into our web site and ebay listings. We do keep files of the C of A's with each new order, so please ask if you have the need for viewing them.

Regarding our service, we are also known for our blazingly fast shipping. All orders ship within 24 hours, often times same day. If for any reason an order doesn't ship within 24hours you are made known about it. Luckily this happens very rarely. Though again with our turnover a large purchase of one single item could cause delays. However in since 2003 we have never had a product delayed more than 7 days to the customer. Our return policy is on a per order basis. And since 2003 and 10,000 orders we have only had 1 request for a return and only had to offer 1 refund. We are not sure why because we didn't ask. Again we are 90-95% referral we have a VERY loyal base we like the tight knit relationships with our customers.

Ordering from us you agree and are opting in to be added to our mailing list. We DON'T spam and only send out email updates once per month at most. At the time of ordering or upon our first email to you, you have the option to be removed. We can manually remove you with a simple request. We mention this because while most individuals welcomes our infrequent updates, there are those that do not. We will often use what methods we have to followup with you, sometimes this is the email you have provided, your ebay user ID, and in some cases your paypal email address.  We do good, professional business, and we keep our customers well informed on any updates to our product line and updated as to the status of their orders. We also have a subscribers list solely for our ebay customers. You are welcome to be added to that. We rarely send out emails or updates enmasse when we do it's some major changes, specials, or pertinent information.
