By placing a bid on any of our ebay listings you have understood and agreed to the following terms and conditions. For all questions regarding our auctions, please contact us BEFORE bidding.
We reserve the right to refuse bids from bidders with negative or zero feedback, or positive but with more than 3% negative (like +10, -4 , overall +6), or HIDDEN feedback.
We reserve the right to end an auction at any time. If the auction has a successful bidder and the auction is ended for any other reason than a listing error, we will honor that bid. The current winning bidder, if any, is also obligated to honor their winning bid. (see eBay auction policies if you have a problem with this policy)
ITEM INFORMATION:
Please read the item descriptions carefully and completely. It is the bidder's responsibility to research the product being offered. We are not responsible for the bidder's inability to know the product that they are buying.
If you have any questions DON'T just ask your friends, ask us (the seller), BEFORE PLACING YOUR BID.
We do not guarantee compatibility or suitability for use of any item. All functions, features, and specifications are from manufacturer published material.
Although every effort has been made to ensure listing accuracy in every auction, images and descriptions shown in the auctions are provided for reference only, and may not exactly match the item listed for sale. In most cases what you see is what you get but it's "MOST", not "ALL".
For instance, when we sell a mini keyboard for laptops you may see a keyboard with a laptop in the picture, it does NOT mean you will get the laptop too if you win the auction. You must READ the item description and understand what the auction is for.
Please ASK before you BID if something does not look right, mistakes happen, and we want you to be happy with your purchase.
If we offer different color options (like IVORY or BLACK for a keyboard) please email us your choice right after the close of auction, and you MUST mention your choice in your payment also.
Not doing so may delay the shipment of your order.
Warranty:
If the product is covered by manufacturer's direct warranty, the buyer should contact the manufactuer for all warranty services. If we offer the warranty please read the Return Policy section below. The warranty period is counted from the date of purchase (the date the payment is received).

Shipping Carriers:
We use USPS or UPS absolutely AT OUR DISCRETION.
No third party shipping carrier will be used.
U.S. Domestic Shipments:
Most orders are shipped by UPS GROUND (3-7 business days in transit, to continental 48 states only).
Orders to AK, HI, PR, GUAM, APO, FPO, and PO BOXES will be shipped by USPS only.
Items between 1-2 LBs may be shipped by by USPS PRIORITY MAIL (Normally 2-3 days delivery) to out of state, or USPS PARCEL POST (normally 2-3 days delivery) to in-state addresses, with Delivery Confirmationm for tracking.
Some small items under 1 LB may be shipped by USPS 1ST CLASS MAIL (normally 2-3 days delivery) WITH Delivery Confirmation.
To comply with Paypal's policy on shipping, for any Paypal payment $250 and up the buyer will need to sign for the package upon delivery.
If you don't accept USPS or UPS please email us first BEFORE PLACING YOUR BID.
International Shipments:
We use USPS (U.S. POSTAL SERVICE) with various shipping options depending on how fast you want your items delivered. We also use UPS STANDARD (GROUND SERVICE) for shipments to Canada.
Import Charges (Duties/Taxes/Brokerage Fees, ...):
You are responsible for all import charges occured in your country. We don't know whether or not and how much you may have to pay upon its delivery. Please check with your local import agencies/customs/post offices for details BEFORE BIDDING.
Shipping Cost:
There is a FIXED S/H (shipping & handling charge) for each of our items.
S/H includes POSTAGE and a variety of order processing costs.
S/H must be prepaid. No freight-collet, third party, etc.
Please note that UPS domestic shipping rates listed in the ad are for shipping within continental US 48 states only. Buyers with addresses in AK, HI, PR, GUAM, APO, FPO, and PO BOXES please choose USPS shipping (NO UPS). Buyers from other areas please email us for quote BEFORE bidding.
Insurance is $1.65 per each $50 (USPS, domestic shipments only) unless otherwise stated.
Insurance is required for all paypal payments.
Shipping To International:
If you can't find in the listing our shipping/handling charge for delivery to your country PLEASE email us your address for our shipping quote prior to bidding - and bid only if you have accepted and chosen any of the options we offered or recommanded.
Insurance is always optional and we are NOT responsible for the loss or damage of your items if you do NOT buy insurance.
Combining Shipping:
Different Items:
We may or may not combine shipping as different items may be shipped from different locations. So please contact us and let us know the exact item numbers and quantity of each you want BEFORE bidding.
Multiple Quantity of Same Item:
2nd and 3rd units DO NOT Ride Along FREE. And we may or may not have more than 1.
So please always email us BEFORE bidding.
If you are not sure and/or can't find the s/h to your address in our ads PLEASE email us AND get our reply BEFORE PLACING YOUR BID.
If you don't agree with our S/H charge or don't receive our shipping quote then simply do NOT bid!
If you ask us for a quote AFTER you have won the auction then you should pay the s/h we tell you.
Remember, s/h is NOT negotiable after the close of the auction.
So it's always better to know in advance our shipping/handling charge and understand how much your total would be BEFORE bidding.
SALES TAX:
California residents must add 8.75% Sales Tax to your ORDER TOTAL (INCLUDING S/H).
A single amount of combined S/H (Shipping & Handling Charge), as we do not separate actual postage and handling costs, is taxable in California.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
For most items we accept PAYPAL (CONFIRMED ADDRESS only), INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDER or BANK DRAFT, WESTERN UNION INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDERS. ALL FUNDS IN US$ ONLY.
However, we may NOT accept Paypal payment for some of our auctions, even if you will receive an automated end-of-auction notification message from eBay or Paypal on our behalf.
If you are not sure PLEASE GO BACK TO THE AUCTION PAGE TO SEE IF WE TAKE PAYPAL OR NOT FOR THAT PARTICULAR ITEM.
Accepted payments must be received within 7 days of the close of the auction. Money orders or cashier checks must be postmarked no later than 7 CALENDAR days from the close of the auction. Otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the order (unless you have made prior arrangements with us prior to bidding). If you think you maynot be able to fullfil payment with one of our accepted payment methods within this time frame please do NOT bid.
To Send Your Payment By Mail:
PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR NAME, EBAY ID, EBAY EMAIL, PRINTED (NOT HAND-WRITTEN) SHIPPING ADDRESS, AUCTION NUMBER & TITLE WITH YOUR PAYMENT.
Not doing so may SEVERELY delay the shipment of your order. And it's a waste of time for both parties to have further commnunications in order to verify your payment.
TIME OF ORDER PROCESSING/SHIPPING:
Most orders will be shipped in 1-2 BUSINESS days after receipt of cleared payment.
Payments received on WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS are considered received the NEXT BUSINESS day.
Payments received on or after 4:00 pm local time on a business day are considered received the next BUSINESS day.
So if we get your payment at 4:30 PM on Friday, it's same as we get it on the following Mon. And your item may be shipped on Tue or Wed. Anyway we will do our best to ship ASAP -- please check our feedback to see what other buyers have to say!
Some items may take 3-4 business days to process after payment received. If so we will state clearly in the descriptions or email you soonest if there is any unexpected delay.
Out-of-Stock:
Any particular item may become unexpectedly out of stock, we reserve the right to send money back if this does happen for whatever the reason. Our goal is to bring you products that represent the best value and quality.
RETURN POLICY:
All sales are final, return for repair/exchange only, no refund unless the RMA (return authorized) item is not reparable (we cannot fix the problem, and the problem is NOT due to improper handling, misuse, or physical damage) and we cannot offer a replacement of the same kind or better. PLEASE DO NOT BID OR CLICK THE "BUY-NOW" BUTTON IF YOU DON'T ACCEPT OUR RETURN POLICY.
ALL OF OUR EXTERNAL ENCLOSURES ARE CAREFULLY TESTED BEFORE SHIPMENT. This means if the product is not working correctly upon arrival you must email us WITHIN 24 HOURS from the delivery of your item, so we can file a shipping claim if need be, or offer immediate technical support.
In case we make an exception to accept a return for any reason other than exchange or replacement, shipping/handling charge and insurance cost and/or return shipping costs are not refundable. Unless stated in the listing, such returns for refund must be requested within 14 days after the purchase date and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No credit or refund after 14 days.
If the buyer doesn't want the order AFTER it's shipped we won't be able to stop the shipment. Buyer will have to pay shipping fee both ways. If buyer refuses the delivery and the package is returned to us, we will refund less the s/h x2 (including return shipping).
The warranty stated in the our listings DOES NOT COVER NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, MIS-USE, IMPROPER HANDLING OR ACCIDENTAL DAMAGES, including but not limited to: PROBLEMS DUE TO LOOSE OR DISCONNECTED CABLES, A BLOWN FUSE, IMPROPER CABLE CONNECTIONS. Don't attempt to disassemble, alter, repair the product, modify / update the firmware of the chipsets by yourself or any 3rd party without our pre-approval. Doing so will void the warranty immediately.
Per product descriptions, compatibility can be reasonably assured in most cases but can never be guaranteed; a product that is incompatible in a specific hardware/software environment is not therefore automatically "defective". We are unable to take parts back because they will not work in particular brand product or on a particular system if they function correctly in others.
NO warranty on BONUS(FREE) items and consumable accessories like BATTERIES, INK CARTRIDGES, etc.
Products out of warranty can still be sent back for repair at buyer's cost (including all s/h, labor and parts).
All products being returned must be issued a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number by us BEFORE they are returned.
A return product must be in the ORIGINAL conditon the buyer received it, in the original packaging with all documentations and accessories.
Pack all returns carefully. Customer must pack any items being returned as if they were new and working, so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. Failure to do so would invalidate the warranty. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
All returns must be received within 10 calendar days after the RMA # is issued.
What if the item was damaged in transit? Unfortunately, damage due to shipment takes time to resolve.
Shipped by Ups:
We must file a claim and UPS must inspect and may pickup. If damaged in transit, please keep all original packaging available for UPS inspection. If UPS picks up the item, please return all parts of the auction or we will only be able to provide a partial refund. Refunds can take up to six weeks.
Shipped by USPS:
Keep all original packing container, wrapper, damaged items and email us immediately (not later than 48 hours after delivery). As the shipper, we'll file a claim with the post office soonest.
Units returned will be tested. If found defective we will repair or replace with a new one soonest --> THIS DOES NOT COVER DEFECTS DUE TO MIS-USE, IMPROPER HANDLING OR ACCIDENTAL DAMAGES. Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyers expense. All repaired or replacement units will be sent by the cheapest method (ground/surface). If no replacement unit available within 10 business days, we will issue a credit memo. A credit memo must be used on an order within 30 days of its issuance. RMA credits are for product only and do NOT include any reimbursement for shipping/handling charges.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE; OR (v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE.
FOR ANY BREACH OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, OUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT IN ANY EVENT EXCEED THE ACTUAL COST (THE WINNING BID) OF THE PRODUCTS ORDERED BY CUSTOMER, EXCLUDING ALL S/H & INSURANCE COSTS.

We leave Positive feedback for all successfully completed transactions.
Since tracking information is not available for most international shipments, all international bidders please leave us a feedback upon receipt of your item and we will do the same promptly. This lets us know you have received your purchase and will guarantee you a positive feedback for your order.

Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item AND you are ready to pay WITHIN 7 CALENDAR DAYS. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from us.
* All NPB (Non Paying Bidder) will be reported to eBay and we will leave you a negative feedback.

Communication:
