Problem, Contact or Email "no reply" Issues

If you are not receiving any reply from us after sending 2 emails, the possible causes are:
1. your email is not working, oftentimes when using hotmail, etc.

3. For problems, pls send us an email as soon as possible for us to resolve the issue. Also, please allow us 24 hours or less to reply as we may not be on our computer at the moment. (Note: eBay does not allow the use of profanity or patently vulgar language)

Shipping

1. Pls send us a list if we've overlooked your unshipped combined auctions.
2. We ship within 3-5 business days after payment is received, however, it may take up to 7-10 business days when large number of packages are dispatched during the week.
3. Pls. double check your shipping information to eliminate the $5.00 UPS address correction fee.
