It's hard to image that I once weighed 250 pounds. I lost all the weight and "cut up" and now I weight 185 pounds with 4% body fat. How did I do it? I did it in 3 months using a combination of diet and exercise, and I used the Bodybugg system and the Garmin Forerunner 50 fitness watch to carefully track my calories and exercise. I just can't recommend these two products enough. I sell them both, even though they can be difficult to purchase wholesale. But I am a strong believer you can do anything you want and achieve your goals and realize your dreams first with a plan in place, calorie management, and the right tools and support. If I can do it, SO CAN YOU!!
