Rob and I have been in sales both of our adult life, with a total of over 30 yrs experience in customer service, knowledge of transactions and people. We pride ourselves on being very honest and forthcoming.
It is our pledge that we will try to be the best on ebay. The only thing we ask in return is that the transaction is as honest as possible. There have been instances where people have recieved their items and claimed that they did not. I would like everyone who buys from us to know that once you have paid for your item, it is shipped either the same day or at the very least the next business day. However, once an item leaves our hands at the post office we, (obviously) have no control over it and its journey to the purchaser. We do not go to the post office on the weekends as this is family time, we do however check our emails multiple times a day and will email you back asap. Canada Post does not ship on the weekends as does the U.S.
