We ship UPS exclusively except for small items and we ship those US Priority mail.
Shipping fees are based upon the actual items weight, destination, and insurance requirements. 
After we ship the item, you will receive notification of the shipment as well as the item's tracking number if shipped UPS and you provide an email address with your payment.

INTERNATIONAL SALES:

WE DO NOT SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL buyers except for some items we will ship to Canada.

WARRANTY:
All brand new items carry a 5-day return policy.  Meaning after you receive it, you have five days to notify us of the item being defective.  After five days, we will not be able to process a return or exchange for the product.  ALL AS-IS ITEMS are sold as stated...without any warranty, guarantee implied or otherwise.  Please bid accordingly on all AS-IS items.

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately.  If shipped UPS, call 1800pickups and file a damage claim.
