Hello and thank you for visiting our eBay store! Despite the name, most of our "toys" are not recommended for kids under 13. Rare adult collectibles are what we focus on carrying, some over a decade old. Everything sold at Surreal Toys (unless clearly stated otherwise) comes straight from a factory case or behind glass. Sunlight, smoke, pets, etc, are not part of our storage environment. About 95% of our items have mint boxes also. However, if box condition is extremely important, please contact us first to make sure we can meet your needs. All items are official, brand name, and made by the companies stated in the descriptions.

If you don't see what you're looking for, please let us know. We have thousands of unique items available to sell. If it's a collectible that was recently released or soon to be, we'll probably be able to create a Buy It Now listing and special order it for you. Delivery will take longer than normal though, because we can't ship until it's in stock.

Since we are always working on expanding our knowledge of modern collectibles and we care for these products, it helps make our descriptions precise. In fact, our auctions have been copied word-for-word by other sellers in the past. We even add YouTube video when available along with high res pics. We will not open an item however, unless payment is confirmed. This usually decreases value and definately increases the chance of damage. Another reason is some sellers are dishonest about condition, which ruins it for the rest of us. If you'd still like an item opened, please let us know during check out. We tend to ship fast.

We want customers to know exactly what they are getting before spending any money. Unlike some other stores, we do not sugarcoat our descriptions or purposely leave details out. We are objective and flaws found will be boldly mentioned. This may make the few imperfect items we have seem unattractive, but collectors want the whole truth. Fact is, many collectibles sold by other sellers are in the same condition or worse. Buyers are just not aware of it until it's too late. Our goal is to prevent problems by creating critical descriptions and offering superior service in hopes that buyers will feel confident enough as they would holding an item in hand and inspecting it themselves. If more info is still needed, we are always ready to answer questions.

Buy more and Save. We combine shipping for multiple items when possible. For each additional item ordered, the savings will be 50% off its normal shipping cost. We cannot stress this enough: Please check all our listings. We've had customers come back a few days later wanting deals on more items. Due to shipping costs, the best way to save is by purchasing everything at once. Some buyers have saved over $100 USD on shipping by doing this. Unfortunately combined shipping may not be available for some international orders due to USPS size limits. Please contact us first to see if items qualify. PayPal is not accepted for pick-ups, but shipping is free.

International buyers are responsible for determining and obeying any and all legalities and customs eligibility of items purchased from seller in accordance with the laws of their country. We will not be responsible or held liable for any items refused/seized by customs.

Please Note:

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Shipping and handling are calculated on the item page for most countries. If you are not happy with the S&H price, you are welcome to offer us a lower item price before you buy or come pick the item up. S&H alone is non-negotiable. Another option is our website, which has free shipping and discounted shipping to other countries. Please understand that more time, labor, and risk is involved with shipping outside the United States. The postage on the label does not cover our expense. A handling fee is part of the S&H so we are able to ship internationally. We would not offer to do it otherwise. Before bidding or clicking buy, please agree to the S&H cost that can be calculated at the bottom of the item's page.

We ship to the address given in PayPal unless payment is mailed. Note that UPS will not ship to PO Boxes. Shipping status can be checked by logging into PayPal. Please make sure your address is correct. If your items come back to us undelivered, shipping cost must be repaid by the buyer. To avoid possible delays, make sure your shipping address matches your credit card billing address. If we suspect fraud, the transaction will be canceled unless a confirmed PayPal address is provided or payment is made another way.

All items are shipped exactly as stated. To confirm this, high res pictures of the actual items are available to serious buyers. On rare occasion though, packages may be treated quite poorly by the USPS and UPS. Unless picked up locally, we can't control this and it's why insurance is included. If you happen to receive a damaged item, please file a claim with the company that delivered. We will do everything we can to help. Non-mint boxes are not examples of damaged items unfortunately.
