TERMS OF SERVICE: 

1) EVERY item is honestly and completely described.

2) If you have any questions before OR after the end of auction, I'll respond as quickly as possible.

3) Your domestic shipping charge INCLUDES delivery confirmation and insurance! Please note that my shipments are insured through a private carrier, u-pic.com. Per U-pic's requirement, there will be NO indication of insurance on your package. This method of insurance is far superior AND cheaper than USPS insurance! I will handle the claim myself. If your item is damaged, I will refund you the entire purchase price, including shipping, (though I will need you to send me photos & a short statement!) Please note that for lost claims, I am unable to refund until 30 days after the date of mailing.

4) I take special care to wrap every package as safely and as inexpensively as possible. I'm happy to gift-wrap your item, too!

5) I almost ALWAYS ship same or next business day after receiving your payment.

6) ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I cannot mark your customs form "gift" and the amount will be the end of auction price. Please note that your package IS insured for purchase price only. If you would like me to insure your package for purchase price AND shipping cost, I can do that but the customs form will be the total auction plus shipping.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON CONDITION!

I try to describe all of my vintage and collectible items carefully and fully. Here are some of the guidelines I use in describing them.

"MINT CONDITION": I ONLY use this term when I know for a fact that an item is unplayed with, AND the item LOOKS like it just came out of the box. I will use this term when there are no notable flaws AT ALL, and the item is fresh and clean with no odors, fading, or any other problems. A picky collector should be satisfied with ANY item I describe as mint.

"EXCELLENT CONDITION": I use this term the way many people use the word "mint"... I will describe something as "excellent" when there are NO notable flaws, is clean, and could be unplayed with.

"VERY GOOD PLAYED WITH CONDITON": I use this term to describe an item that was played with, but remains in very good condition. It will have all original paints/parts, with no repairs. It may have minor flaws, which I will describe in the listing.

"GOOD PLAYED WITH CONDITON": This item will have some flaws from playwear, which I will describe in the listing. The item may be repaired or repainted, or it might need repair. This item will still be a great item for display or for play.

ACCEPTABLE, PLAYED WITH: This is my "lowest" rating, and this item will have lots of playwear. It could have a significant problem or two, which I will describe in the listing. 

Please remember that I am not an expert in most fields, and I might overlook an important condition issue or other pertinent fact.  Please don't hesitate to e-mail me with questions, and I will respond immediately.

 

About me: I've been a "small time" buyer and seller on Ebay for 8 years! I'm a stay-at-home mom from Southern California. In addition to buying and selling on Ebay, I take care of my two girls, husband, two dogs, four cats, four llamas, five alpacas, two pigs, two goats, 30 (or so) chickens and 20 (or so) guineas.
