My goal is for you to be HAPPY so you will continue to buy items for me in the future. Ebay has many new policies for YOU, THE BUYER to protect you. By bidding on my auctions, YOU THE BUYER AGREE TO THESE TERMS. PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BID!

#1 Please pay within 3 days. I want to get your doll to you ASAP! After 3 days of no communication, I will email you asking for payment. If no response, I will wait for 7 days, then request a non payment credit. If you need more time though, no problem. Just please, COMMUNICATE with me! If you are not going to pay for your win, PLEASE DON'T BID.

#2 I offer two ways to ship your items. I will send overnight if needed. Prices continue to go up yearly and there is nothing I can do about that, but sometimes, I can combine more than one auction, but please ask before bidding. I LOVE to combine auctions if I can.I will box all winnings and give you a price for all the items. It is much cheaper to do this if I have the appropriate box for you and easier for me too! AGAIN, please EMAIL me to let me know your plans! I print labels from my home. Insurance is up to you. INTERNATIONAL WINNERS! PLEASE email me BEFORE bidding to ask your shipping fee. I will say it is "gift" on your customs form. Paypal will NOT give any protection for international purchases, so I cannot assume the cost if a package gets lost or stolen. This is a risk and all loses must be assumed by YOU, THE BUYER. If a package comes back to me, YOU, THE BUYER will have to pay ALL SHIPPING COSTS to have it resent if address was incorrect.

#3 I protect your BARBIE or other items for the safest shipping possible. I usually bubble wrap the doll or use an extra box. I ALWAYS use shipping peanuts. I am set up very well and have a system! My goal is a quick turn around. I have sent many packages all over the world with excellent success. I know how to package your item and am probably one of the best on eBay. I will ship packages usually within 24 hours. I live less than 1 mile from the Post Office.

#4 If I have not described an item enough for you, please email BEFORE placing a bid. Box condition is very subjective! So PLEASE ask questions about issues that concern you. I totally understand that collectors have their own idea about what is perfect in their dolls. If you buy an item and she is not what you expected, that should have been addressed BEFORE BIDDING! So PLEASE ASK BEFORE BIDDING as I do not offer returns or refunds, partial or full. Thank you for respecting this.

#5 I will leave feedback for you as soon as I receive payment. Since you have done your part to complete the sale, I want to leave feedback for you first. If you have a problem, please email me. I will do my best to make sure you are satisfied.

#6 My home is "SMOKE FREE". I store the dolls in their tissue in the shipping carton. I do have 2 cats and 2 rabbits, but they are outside pets.

#7 I pick out the very best BARBIE doll I can find. I look at her box and the way she looks. I am one of those picky collectors and I also want you to be happy when I pass her on to you.

#8 I like the BUY IT NOW OPTION and will usually list one on my auctions for you. I try to be as fair as I can, but if you feel I'm too high, please ask and I might consider lowering it for you.

#1 The first thing to know is be informed and buy what you love! There are many resources. READ all you can BEFORE you buy.

#2 Become a member of the BARBIE CLUB at BARBIECOLLECTOR.COM. This is a valuable resource as you can read the bulletin board and they show you what is new and how many dolls are being produced. You can also ask questions on the website and people will help you.

#3 Go to doll shows in your area. This is really fun to do! This is where you can talk to people face to face and see what is going on in the BARBIE DOLL WORLD. I mean, it is HER WORLD and we are living in it trying to get them all!
