not sure about how the Macintosh works but similar I'm sure :-)]

Hello! Thanx for taking time to read something about your Seller. I am a big seller, but not a big volume seller, and that can be a good thing. I provide excellent customer service and answer your questions in a timely manner. Feel free to call me on my phone if you are in a transaction with me. My name is Suz, short for Suzaye, nickname of Susan :-) I live in what's called the Heart of America --the Kansas City, MISSOURI area. That's Central time by the way. While I didn't start selling until 2005, I've been around eBay since 1998 when I caught the Internet craze. What an awesome time that was! Sure wish I would have bought some Stock then :-) So many things have changed in the online world, yet it is still exciting to be a part of it of all. Hope you enjoy your experience on eBay too!

While I am semi-retired at the present time, my career background is in law technology -- software that law firms use. I was considered an expert in many software packages and at times even taught them and worked as a help desk tech. Sometimes that knowledge comes in handy here too!

I absolutely love selling. I sell many vintage items, things I grew up with in the 1960s and 1970s or were in my parents' or grandparents' generations (turn of the 19th Century). I also sell newer things from time to time if I can get a good deal on them and pass along the savings to you, the Buyer. Please NOTE that I am an avid fan of recycling. With that in mind, it is good to know that I use New and Used packaging. The packaging if used is always clean and in excellent condition. I also sometimes use what I call Custom Packaging in that I re-shape a box to fit a particularly unusally shaped item. I learned this from an old- timer Seller that I bought something from -- and he sent me this exquisite little box that he had "made" himself. I thought how genius! So you may see one of my 'Frankenstein' boxes, but hopefully it will be in good taste. Just remember I am trying to give the best and safest packaging for your item while keeping recycling in mind.

Many thanks to my husband, Steve, who has been increasingly helping me with getting packages to the US post office or UPS. He has also started to polish silver items for me and he has been invaluable as I SO MANY things I want to list, but I refuse to list them until they are clean and in perfect condition. Check out my Feedback and bid accordingly. You will not be disappointed! Anything listed is exceptional unless otherwise noted!

On shipping: I sometimes have a small handling charge, but nowadays with costs being so much in the priority, I will only have that if the item requires extra care or materials to ship safely to you. Insurance is always recommended, but generally optional. Sometimes I pay extra from my own pocket to ensure safe delivery. I also guess- timate on some rare items, but if the actual cost is very much over what the Buyer paid, I will refund the difference. So bid with confidence. I do not think making an extra dollar or three is worth making our transaction less than smooth. I aim to please. Why? Because that's how I would want it if I were the Buyer!

I do much of my own HTML code for Listings, so if you ever see anything that doesn't look right on *your PC with *your web browser, please email me and let me know!?! I also buy from time to time, so I see both sides. It would be great if eBay let Sellers do detailed ratings of Buyers, like Communication and Courtesy. However, I've been fortunate in that the majority of my Buyers are Sparklers :-)

To new ones: Don't forget to come back and pay for items won (BID) or bought with Buy It Now (BIN)! The transaction just begins when you click BID or BIN. When you receive your item(s) in the mail, be sure to come back and leave official eBay Feedback and let me know how you liked your item or if all went smoothly. That is an important step that some forget to do. Not just new ones, but others get busy and forget. I ask, too, that if there is ever a problem with something you receive from me, to FIRST let me know by email or phone. This gives me a chance to solve most any legitmate issue to make your transaction a Positive one. So don't hestiate, just communicate! :-)
