WELCOME TO GRANDMA'S HOMEBREWED TARTS and MORE
Hi everyone! I want to tell you a little bit about me and my family. Grandpa and I are retired, we have 3 grown children, Michelle is our oldest and only daughter - married and has a wonderful son, Joshua. Michael is our oldest son, unmarried and works at a nursing home. And last but not least is Mitchell, married and has our youngest grandson, Wesley.
Joshua is 22 and lives in Conneaut, Ohio and Wesley is 10 and lives about 30 minutes from us.
Grandpa and I also have 3 wonderful little "furbabies" that we treat like our 2nd set of children.
Shadow is 13 years old now - he is my guy - really my shadow.
Little Suzie is 11 years old and is really her own girl - very independent and everyones girl. Both Shadow and Suzie are Schipperkes
And last but not least is our little Tigger. He is a Jack Russell - age 9. We rescued him from a puppy mill that was going to have him put to sleep. He has no elbows in his front legs. Now I know you are all going "the poor little dear". Please don't feel too sorry for him - he does everything any other dog can do. He is an amazing little guy. He can't go down stairs but he can go up stairs. He jumps on the furniture and jumps down. He is our miracle guy. He is spoiled rotten and we love him to death.
Ok - now for a little about how Grandma got into making tarts. I loved melting them in my warmers but they were so expensive and one day my daughter and I were talking about making them. Of course I had never done anything like that and kind of put it off and for Christmas one year she bought me a tart making kit. The first batch turned out terrible but getting on the internet and reading lots and ordering wax after wax and scent I finally found the right combination of soy wax and scent that I wanted in my house.
Then my daughter said sell them on ebay - so about 4 years ago I started selling tarts. It took about 3 years to become a powerseller and every year gets better.
So - if you are interested in having the nicest smelling home on your block, please go into Grandma's ebay store and take a look.
Read Grandma's feedback and have confidence in what you are buying.
