Suzisstuff Auctions presently carries about 600 different styles of Porcelain Hinged-Boxes. Please be advised that the collection of these darling little things is highly addictive so consider yourselves forewarned. If the particular box has a brand then it is mentioned in each auction, i.e., Midwest PHB, Enesco, etc. If a brand is not mentioned then they are classified as “unbranded”. Many of these are inspired by the actual boxes from Limoges, France (Limoges is not a brand but a city where different boxes are made). In my opinion, many of the “unbranded” boxes are just as cute or cuter than the actual boxes of Limoges. These all make wonderful little gifts, door prizes or party favors.
The rest of the 50-100 Auctions on Suzisstuff are from a variety of sources: These are limited to one of anything and are often FASHION MISTAKES (shoes, clothes and handbags) with little or no wear connected to them. Other items are JEWELRY, some new, some vintage, some designer and some Southwestern…Yet others are TREASURES either inherited or found at Estate Sales which no longer fit with the present décor and space. As things sell out new items replace them.
