How do I pay for my item?
Buyer please include shipping & handling. PLEASE, include OUR STOCK NUMBER (Which precedes the title) for any lot whenever possible in all your correspondence and check payments (this will help us to expedite your transaction as quickly and efficiently as possible…

Payment is expected no later than 10 days after the close of the auction item.

Shipment will be made upon cleared check, money order, credit card or “PayPal”. Please allow up to 10 days for checks to clear. Please note: We do not recommend Cash through the mail.

Special Note to those paying with US Money Orders from the USPS. Please be aware the "US ONLY" Money (Green Color Trim) orders are not cashable outside the US. Please forward an International Money Order (Orange Color Trim).

What invoice should I pay?
We combine your items into one order at the end of the day and send out Swashcollectables invoices via email. If you ever have a question about the amount you should pay, please email us for an invoice. Please do not pay for items individually if you wish to combine shipping. Please note: Due to the structure of Ebay, we cannot combine s&h on lots if they are paid for as individual items.

How does combined shipping work?
On most items, we gladly combine s&h. Generally with the bulk of cards, stamps and postcards we combine three within one. In the case of oversized items in this area, we again will combine the 3 into one with the greater price for s&h being charged. As many orders include more items, you are welcome to request s&h before placing your order. Please allow up to a 24 hour response.

In the case of larger items (McFarlane Figures, DieCast Cars, etc), combined s&h is dealt with on a per-request basis. It is unlikely all larger products will be able to meet the criteria for combining.

When do list new Product?
We list our items regularly between 7-11 pm EST. Although we cannot guarantee daily listings, we are engaged in new product 4-6 days a week. Please feel welcomed to list us as a favorite within your Ebay account and keep an eye on us.

Do you offer Express or Priority shipping?
Express mail (1 – 2 day delivery) is available. We would be happy to quote you before you order an item. As we do ship globally, we cannot structure a flat fee, as we use general post-offices, as well as recognized couriers. Please feel free to let us know you’re needs in this area.

My item hasn’t arrived yet?
We ship daily! As we receive your payment you are credited with positive feedback instantly. As part of our communication we will list the date of mailing within the feedback. We pride ourselves in quick fulfillment, however from time to time the postal systems will experience slow-downs (holiday’s peak periods, long weekend holidays), as well general delays within the postal do happen and therefore we cannot guarantee this quickness beyond our part of releasing product as soon as payment is received and cleared.

Although we have received feedback with two day of shipping, we have also seen a month on some packages. Please be patience. You are welcome to correspond with us about your product at any time, but please understand that once left our facilities, we are at the mercy of the postal system.

Do you insure the packages that are sent out?
We provide optional insurance on all orders for $1.30 per $100.00 of item value. Please request before payment has been made.

Returns Policy
We stand behind every product we sell. If you sense we have mis-represented an item, or it has arrived damaged, please inform us immediately via swashr@swashcollectables.com. We will suggest the best way to deal with the concern and return.
