Aah Paws was founded in 2003 with one goal in mind...Create beautiful, unique dog collars and accessories for all dogs from the biggest to the smallest!

We manufacture 100% of our ribbon trimmed dog collars and leashes as well as our personalized embroidered collars and leashes.  We use only professional industrial machines in our shop - We never use home machines - Which provides you with the highest quality professional collars you can buy.  Aah Paws collars and leashes can be made to any size you require.  If you don't see your particular size listed in the examples in any of our eBay listings, simply email us with your dog's actual neck size and we will be happy to take care of the rest at no additional charge!

Aah Paws also manufactures our own line of Cool Coats called the "Chilly Dog".  With sizes available from xx-small to xx-large - Again, custom sizing is not a problem.  If you do not see the size you need listed, simply contact us for a custom order. There will be no additional charge for most custom Cool Coat orders, however, occasionally there will be an added charge for coats exceeding the xx-large size.  If you have not tried these fantastic cooling coats yet, get yours now and keep your best friend cool this summer!

Customer Service

We pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service.  We off a 100% satisfaction guarantee...If you are not completely satisfied with ANY purchase, for ANY reason,  please contact us for an exchange OR  full refund of your purchase price (excluding S&H).  If you purchase a collar and find that you ordered the incorrect size, we are more than happy to exchange the collar for you, however, we do ask that you provide a reduced amount for the return shipping.  If for any reason there was any error made in your order on our part, please contact us...We are very quick to resend the correct merchandise with a postage paid return envelope for your return. This doesn't happen often, but it has happened, after all, our employees are human and occasional mistakes will happen.

Shipping

We work very hard to get all of our orders out within approximately 5 business days after receipt of payment.  When ordering please send us an email with all the necessary information needed to complete your order (i.e.: Size of collar, trim for collar etc).  If this information is not provided, your order cannot be processed until this information is received which will delay the processing and shipping of your order.
