Within 24 hours, you'll receive an email with instructions and total charges. If you would like to remit payment with Paypal prior to receipt of this e-mail, please do so and we will send you a payment received notification. After your product is shipped, we will e-mail you with a shipping notification and soon thereafter we will post feedback. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours it is because either we died or your e-mail filters are blocking us from sending you an e-mail. Please make sure your e-mail address is correct and if so, e-mail us so we can reply directly.

Payment Details

We accept Paypal for credit card payments. We also accept money orders, and personal or business checks. (allow 5 business days to clear) Please remit payment within 5 days of auction end. Should you choose to send payment via mail, please fill out the checkout form so I will know when to expect payment.

Shipping

You can expect your order to ship via the method listed in the auction within 24 hours of payment (unless a Sunday when carriers are closed). We generally ship USPS for packages weighing less than 5 lbs. Heavier items ship via Fed Ex Ground or UPS. UPS & Fed Ex shipments are automatically insured up to $100.00 and USPS insurance is optional and available for an additional fee. I will list the suggested method of shipping in the auction and any possible alternatives you may choose from. We will be very happy to combine shipping charges on multiple auction wins if they are paid in 1 installment. There are some exceptions to this policy and will be specifically stated in the auction. Shipping charges, in most cases, are not actual charges and include such things as inspection, packing, materials, driving to the carrier to drop off, and other expenses you can't see. If a handling charge is imposed, it will be a necessary part of the sale.

Product Satisfaction

Please know that you have 3 days to inspect the product from the date of its arrival. If the product is unintentionally misrepresented, is broken (not due to shipping) or fails to meet your expectations, we will repair, replace, or refund your money - at our option. You may be asked to return such defective or inferior item. Shipping damages are covered by insurance when you choose optional insurance. We do NOT automatically insure every item. We will give you 110% to ensure you are happy with our products and service.

Feedback

One of the most compelling reasons for using ebay is the, (buy-anything-at-nearly-any-price-just-to-get-some) feedback system. It is primarily designed to keep sellers honest and delivering what has been promised. It is also a way to keep non-paying bidders to a minimum. With this in mind, we are human. We will make mistakes. All we ask is you e-mail us with any concerns you have regarding the product before you resort to launching an assault on our feedback rating. Give us the opportunity to fix the problem. We always post positive feedback upon the shipping your product with one exception: Those who choose not to honor their bids and have no legitimate reason to back out will be asked to pay our ebay expenses or receive negative feedback.
