Swordsman's Video Games and More!

Hello everyone!  My Ebay handle is Swordsman0051.  I have been an Ebay member for the last several years and I have had a great time doing business with everyone.  I’m just a regular guy who buys and sells things like everyone else.  I have my own hobbies that I support almost exclusively by purchasing items on Ebay, and lately I have organized my own little business selling used items that I pick up at local auctions.  So if you have been watching my auctions in the past, come back often, because you never know what I will have for sale next!

Buying

This section details the items that I am looking for most often when I search the listings on Ebay.  My fondest hobby is collecting antique militaria, swords, and armor.  I mainly collect items from the Middle-East, although I am also looking for European and German items.  I also fancy shaska swords, along with tulwars and other primitive sword types. 

My other big hobby is video games.  I have been collecting many different systems as of late and I prefer that my collection be in as excellent condition as possible, so I am very picky when purchasing games.  I will often purchase wholesale lots to sell, and pick out what I want for myself.  Although I favor the early Nintendo games at the moment, I am also on a hunt for rare games for all systems.  So in short, I am looking for the following when I purchase on Ebay: 

• Antique Militaria Items, Swords, Weapons, Armor, Daggers, etc.
• Modern and Vintage Video Game Consoles, Games, and Accessories
• Magic the Gathering CCG and other Fantasy Card Games
• Weta Workshop Statues and Movie Paraphernalia.
• Lord of the Rings Items, Fantasy Games, Dungeons and Dragons, Etc.

About the Store

I now have a store up and running, Swordsman's Video Games and More!  Special thanks to all my previous and current customers.  But if you are visiting for the first time, let me welcome you to my own little corner of the selling business!  Mostly I sell used video games, but I also visit local auctions and will have some other interesting items and antiques from time to time, too!  My stock will change from day to day, so check back often!

I have been in the Ebay business for quite a few years and if there's anything I have learned, it's to treat people with respect.  I can sympathize with the customers because I, too, am a fellow consumer.  Therefore I try to be as honest in the sale of my items as possible and as low priced as I can be to offer fair prices.  To this day I still have 100% unwavering feedback and I plan to keep it that way into the future.

Selling Policies

When browsing my store, please keep mind of the following:

• All items will be described in detail to the best of my ability.  I will notify the viewer with all aspects of the item's description, from damage to tarnish to what sets it apart from others of its kind.
• All games will have a short Grading section where I rate and describe the elements that a serious collector looks for.  With that in mind, it must be said that I myself am a very avid video game collector and place a ton of emphasis on game quality.
• Since I am fairly new at the idea of having my own store there may be some inconsistencies between auctions of the same type, or some layout problems from time to time.  Please feel free to notify me if you think I made a layout error or you need additional information for any item.
• I will soon have a logo and additional graphics.  I just need to find some time to get them done...
• Please note that the store is my second job/hobby so therefore I cannot access the store 24/7 except for on the weekends.  I have a regular day job that also interferes with shipping (explained below).
• As for prices, I try to keep them reasonable in comparison to the median Ebay price as well as chain stores like Gamestop. 
• I also calculate game prices based on condition of the game!  Not that big of a deal, I know, but if it's not mint condition, I won't demand a premium price. 
• I encourage my customers to ask questions or comment whenever the need arises.  Again, I may not be able to access my email all the time, but I'll respond as soon as I can.

Shipping Policies

• The shipping price for a game packaged in a single CD or DVD-style case is 4.00 to anywhere in the U.S.
• All sales under 2 lbs will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail within the U.S.
• All items weighing over 2 lbs can either be shipped USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post, at the buyer's option.
• For all single game sales I use document-sized padded envelopes, unless it is a rare game or an item in questionable condition. 
• Shipping Confirmation is included for all items shipped within the U.S.
• I do offer optional Insurance on all items, even if it is not explicity stated on the auction page.  If you would like insurance on an item and it is not offered on the invoice, please contact me.
• I DO OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.  This is detailed on all auction listings.
• I DO OFFER COMBINED SHIPPING for additional items purchased beyond the first.
• PLEASE READ:  Due to my work schedule I can only ship items on Saturdays!  There are very, very few exceptions to this.  I simply do not have time during my normal workweek hours to take items to the post office.
