The hat went through the mower. Ma says it has to go.

This young lad currently is employed in the synthetic gypsum industry -- quality and shipping management of this valuable byproduct from scrubbing the sulfur out of coal-fired power plant smokestacks.  I will be retiring from that work September 2007.

Over the years I have been a navigator in the US Navy, high school chemistry teacher, industrial chemist.  Part time professional photographer and bicycle racer (well, not lately). My wife of nearly 40 years made the mistake of marrying an atheist, and had some hard times spiritually for the first ten years, before Jesus Christ got my attention and wouldn't let me go.  Praise Him, what a difference He has made in my life!  I love to tell the story of how I got saved, and the wonders I have experienced since.

I look forward to spending more time taking care of my 12 acres in rural Kentucky, and visiting my grandsons more often.  Don't plan on giving up eBay though.

My eBay career started out when I was between jobs, and to meet the mortgage I started to clear out the garage of items that had been moved three times and were never going to be used.  Not by me, that is.  It worked pretty well, once I learned not to just guess at what shipping would cost!
