TWO OF MY FAVORITE BRACES

I am a shop teacher, woodworker, and tool collector for over 25 years.  I was a metal worker and high pressure welder in the Navy from 1971 to 1978.  I have worked in industry both as a metal worker and as a woodworker. I graduated from the University of Hawaii in 1982 with my Industrial Arts teaching degree. I  teach in the middle school and work with teens involving projects in architecture, woodworking, electricity, flight and Junior Engineering. I have written many tool related articles as past editor for the "Tool Shed" a  publication of the New Jersey antique tool collector's club. I am currently president of CRAFTS and would invite any one interested in antique tools to visit our CRAFTS website - craftsofnj.org -  It is clubs like this that make tool collecting and tool use more enjoyable.

MY FAVORITE ANVIL - FISHER CHAIN MAKERS

I have been selling antique tools on eBay since 1998 and enjoy the friendship of my buyers. I personally inspect every tool I sell. That means I take it apart - lightly clean and reassemble the tool so I know it will work as it was intended to do. I enjoy sharpening an edge to a chisel but will leave fine tuning to be done on your part. A plane will be in clean and in usable condition but always a fine tuning will improve performance. One thing you will notice about my tools offered is that they look good, work fine and are are guaranteed to be "as described and as shown".
