I started out selling some items from my own wardrobe. I found that there was a real need for quality, plus-sized clothing, at a reasonable cost! I love beautiful clothes, especially well-made items of natural fabrics.  I don't sell anything that I wouldn't personally wear myself. If the item is stained or damaged in such a way that I wouldn't wear it, I certainly won't sell it. Most things I sell are in excellent condition and if not, I will describe the flaws that I am aware of and start the bidding price low. Expect to get quality used and new clothing at a fraction of the value, delivered right to your door. You don't need to comb the consignment and thrift shops for these pieces. Save your gas money! You don't need to replace buttons, mend seams or launder the clothes. I've done all that for you for free! And I often put coordinating pieces and accessories together--this not only saves you time, it saves you money on shipping costs! You can often get an entire name-brand outfit, with accessories for way under $30, including shipping!!!

I'm a single mom and not looking to get rich--I just need a little help making ends meet. I start bidding very low, with no reserve, and charge what the actual shipping cost will be plus $1 to cover the cost of packaging, labeling and transportation.

Now, do you know of any mail order business that allows you to place an order and then wait a week or two before paying for it?  Do you go to an auction in your hometown, outbid everyone else on a popular item and then sneak out without paying?  If you had financial problems would you go to a store and ask them to help you buy clothing without you having to pay for it? Then badmouth the store when they tell you they can't? Or if you are unhappy with a product do you badmouth the store without ever letting THEM know why you are unhappy? These things happen to me REGULARLY. I only make a couple of dollars on most sales, and it takes a long time to recoup that loss. Sometimes I never do. So please do not bid on things you don't intend to pay for. If you can't afford to pay, if you are going on a trip and won't be around for 2 weeks, if you aren't sure if you want the item, please don't bid!!! And please read the payment and refund information. I generally do not refund shipping costs. If you are not happy with something, TELL ME--don't just leave negative or neutral feedback. 

Update as of January 26, 2007. . .some of you may have noticed I am not selling very often and will probably stop completely now that sellers fees are rising. I have lost money on most transactions lately due to buyers who do not pay for items, want to return things they have damaged themselves and so forth. I also purchased items for Christmas that I have not yet received, as of February, and to tell you the truth, I'm more than a little discouraged. My goal was to provide inexpensive, good quality, plus sized clothing and make a modest profit. That seems to be impossible, regardless of how good my service is, and the great quality I try to provide. So, to all my faithful customers, I'm sorry but you may not be seeing much of me on eBay any more.
