A little about us:
We  have been trading for over a year on eBay. Prior to this we owned a very successful Gunsmiths in Buckinhamshire. Much of what we sold is now available through our eBay Store, including our own range of targets, which we manufacture and produce ourselves.
We do lots of products and this is just one of our brochures!

We design, manufacture and install ornamental ironwork for the home and garden.

 

We are a small privatley own company, established in 1986, who have been producing hand-crafted, individual designed gates, railings, fireplaces, letterboxes, candlesticks, name signs and bed frames for over 20 years.  We take great pride in our products and quality is the key note.

REGARDING ROYAL MAIL STANDARD POSTAL SERVICES

Should your item not arrive within a few days please check with your
local Royal Mail delivery/sorting office, other members of your household and neighbours
before contacting us or raising a dispute as the majority of our items do not fit through a letter box.  
In any event Royal Mail does not accept claims for loss until 15 working days after the date of posting (not date of payment).
We operate as a Business Seller, therefore evening & weekend purchases are processed next working day.

All parcels are collected from our premises Mon - Fri 4.30pm by Royal Mail
and a signed Proof of Posting obtained which is then scanned and stored electronically.

In the event that you have to make a claim, this will be through Royal Mail, they have a procedure and form with a specific section for lost/damaged eBay parcels.

You will need to request from us a copy of the Proof of Posting, which will be sent to you via email.  The claim is done direct with Royal Mail as you have to provide them with personal data inc payment details etc.

WE TAKE EVERY STEP POSSIBLE TO ENSURE YOUR PARCEL ARRIVES AT THE DESTINATION PROVIDED IN EBAY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILTY FOR LOST/DAMAGED PARCELS SHIPPED UNDER STANDARD POSTAGE AND BUYERS WILL NEED TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTE OF THIS NATURE WITH ROYAL MAIL.
