Taste-and-Bud bake from our Bakehouse located at Eastgardens in Sydney, Australia. Our goal is to make and bake sweet e-treats as food used to taste; like food ! and good to eat ! We say that you "bite into the past, or bite into a memory" when you eat our e-treats !
. . . ABOUT US . . .
We:
- aim to bake food as natural and as close to its original state as possible
- use some of the finest quality ingredients available in Australia, ingredients in their purest form not modified or synthetic
- use Butter not Margarine - Fresh farm Eggs not frozen, pulp or powder
- follow traditional recipes and use traditional baking methods-yep ! we still crack eggs, sift flour and cream the butter & sugar
We are a HACCP Certified e-Bakehouse using Quality Systems in accordance with regulations and standards set out by Food Standards Australia & New Zealand (FSANZ) the regulatory food authority in Australia. You can therefore be assured all we e-bake is made under strict hygenic conditions and guidelines.
