Welcome to TaxiMarket. A strange name for sure, but one that is actually easy to remember. Taxi & Market. TaxiMarket. We made up the name because the word "taxi" is the same in every language on Earth -- so no matter where you are from, you will remember that you got a great bargain from TaxiMarket.
We are Professional eBay Sellers, so you can expect a fast, smooth, and pleasant transaction from us. We are open Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. So, please be patient with us if you have a question over the weekend. We ship orders daily, so you can expect your order to ship the same or the next working day after you complete payment.
We are the #1 glow products dealear on eBay. True indeed. More eBay customers buy glow-in-the-dark products from us than any other dealer. We are perhaps the only glow dealer on eBay that carries more than one glow brand. All of our glow products are brand new, and go directly from the factory floor to one of our two TaxiMarket warehouses in Maryland. Our computerized inventory system assures that your product will be in-stock and ready to ship as soon as you complete payment. All of the glow brands we carry are outstanding -- and we recommend any and all of them for your night time activities.
We are the #1 telescope dealer on eBay. We sell more reflecting telescopes on eBay than any other dealer. Our telescopes ship from our own warehouse, not some 3rd party drop shipper. Also, we stock a complete line of replacement parts for our telescopes. So if there is a damage or defect issue with your telescope, we can solve the problem quickly and efficiently. The Postal Service, UPS & FedEx generally will deny insurance claims on damaged telescopes unless the box is mangled. But we will repair or replace your damaged telescope regardless because we have the parts and the motivation. We offer handy online assembly guides with our telescope products as well. These step-by-step photo guides make it a breeze to assemble your new telescope for first use. We ask you to do your own homework on what type of telescope to buy and learn on your own what is involved in owning a telescope. We are here to get your new telescope up and running -- but we can't help you decided what to buy, tell you how much to spend, or teach you astronomy -- that is up to you. If you buy a guitar on eBay, you either know how to play a guitar, or you are dedicated to learning it on your own -- same goes with telescopes.
Our address for mailing payments is provided when you complete our auction check-out. Keep in mind that we are a very high-volume eBay seller. This means we have upwards of 1000 simultaneous outstanding auctions to deal with. HOW TO COMBINE SHIPPING: You do not need to e-mail us to combine multiple auction winnings. Simply wait until all of your auctions are over. After each auction end you will receive an automated "Item Winner" e-mail from us. When you get this automatic e-mail for your very last auction, please use our check-out system. All of your winning items will be automatically combined into a single order. Many, but not all, of our items qualify for a discounted combined shipping rate, and our system will automatically compute the correct total after you enter your address but before you pay. We can't compute your shipping charges without your address because rates vary for USA, Canada, and International. Please complete check-out within 7 days of your first completed auction.

NO "RUSH" SHIPPING: Please do not ask us to rush your order, or to send it overnight. We can't do it, and there are no exceptions. We will ship your order order the same or next business day after receiving your payment (except personal & e-checks). Orders sent via UPS ground will arrive in 1 to 5 business days; please click here to see a UPS Ground delivery time map from our location. UPS ground is extremely reliable -- 99 percent of packages arrive on schedule, but we are not responsible for UPS delays, which are mostly caused by bad weather. Some of our items ship via US Priority Mail, and that typically takes 2 - 3 days (including Saturdays) to most US locations but is not a guaranteed service.
Continental US Shipping: We include a detailed explanation of shipping & handling fees in every auction we run. Please read the auction for information about US shipping & handling fees. Combined Shipping: We combine shipping on some items, but not others. Again, read the auction terms for more information. Typically, we can combine most small glow products orders, but not full cases of glow products. Also, we can combine telescope accessories, but not telescopes. We generally do not offer a combined shipping rate on figurines (dragons & the like) because of the intense amount of packing labor that goes into preparing a figurine for a damage-free journey.
Other US Shipping: We are happy to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories & possessions, and APO/FPO addresses, please e-mail us for a quotation.
Canada Shipping: We include a detailed explaination of how we ship to Canada in every auction we run. Please read the auction for information about Canada shipping & handling fees and shipping methods. Most Canada shipments go via US Airmail. This is usually reliable and 95% of customers get their package in 1 - 2 weeks. However, we have seen delays as long as 12 weeks for packages to arrive. US Airmail has the advantage of being inexpensive, but it is not trackable and not insurable. So you are taking a small risk that your box will disappear. For heavier items, we often offer the ability to upgrade your shipping to UPS. UPS is amazing to Canada -- fast, trackable and fully insured and we recommend spending a little extra for the vastly improved service. Again, see the specific items for details. Finally, your government may charge customs duties, taxes, VAT, PST or assess other fees with importing goods from the US. These charges are your responsibility -- if you feel they are too high, please complain to your elected government officials because there is not much we can do about it on this end..

Stealing Photos is a Crime. Please do not use our photos for any purpose. Every individual photograph you see in a TaxiMarket auction is the copyright property of TaxiMarket LLC. Even if you bought one of our products, you do not have the right to use our photos. In fact, it is a federal crime to use our photos without our permission. We are very, very serious about going after folks who use our photography because we have invested so much time and money in making great professional pictures of our products. eBay has a special program for dealing with copyright violators, and you can find your self quickly and permanently suspended from eBay if you violate copyright laws. If you want beautiful, professional photos of your products, please hire a professional photographer, but do not steal our photos.
Do not "borrow" our auction text. You may not use our descriptive text in your auctions, or anywhere else for that matter. We wrote our textual descritpions of our products from scratch, and they are the copyright property of TaxiMarket LLC. Just like photos, it is a federal crime to use our text descriptions without our permission. So if you are selling a similar product, please write your own descriptions, don't use ours.
