If not paying immediately, you have 3 days to respond on payment choice. Payments to be received w/in 10 days after closing, or items will be re-listed & unpaid item dispute will be opened. Prompt delivery guaranteed! Shipping insurance is optional & HIGHLY recommended. Full refunds are given under provisions that shipping insurance is purchased & returns are accepted with purchase w/in 14 days after delivery to buyer containing all orig. materials. If insurance is not purchased - then the loss is on you & not our responsibility. Return shipping to be paid by the buyer.
To combine shipments & save, inform us @ end of 1rst sale; W/in 7 days apart & up to 14 lbs. Largest shipping weight will be used for multiple purchases. If maximum combined shipping weight of 14 lbs. is exceeded - purchase will have to ship separately & additional shipping fee added.
Please also note; we always confirm shipping destination with all customers upon payment. If packages are sent to the wrong address without confirmation from buyer & buyer does not receive package or breakages occur after package is forwarded (increasing shipping time & handling, which makes for a lot of wear & tear on packages) then it is the customers responsibility & not ours.
