The above photo is Maine's Mount Katahdin in fall and the picture to the right is the view from Mt Washington's Lion's Head above Tuckerman Ravine looking towards the Boott Spurr Ridge.  Mt. Katahdin, famous for it's Knife Edge, a mile long trail, 3 feet wide in some spots, from Baxter Peak to Pamola peak with a 2000 foot drop on either side.
