My name is Teresa and I make art with a whimsical flair. I mostly make handmade felt, fiber and mixed media art dolls and make fun acrylic paintings. I've studied art mostly informally (individual intensives at respected arts and crafts schools) and on my own, but I've also studied with some famous dollmakers and felters.

I'm also a member of the Tennessee Association of Craft Artists as well as a juried member of the Foothills Craft Guild.

My artwork is an outlet I cannot do without. It's the only thing I do where I completely lose track of time. My artwork is about messages to or about myself--wishes, feelings, hopes, dreams, regrets, joy, fear, anguish--all the stuff we struggle through that makes us so human. I also frequently put up mini-paintings to benefit charitable organizations like the Humane Society of the US (thank you to everyone who bought paintings on behalf of the Humane Society/Hurricane Relief efforts! We raised nearly $600!!!)
